The (family) room was quite large and comfortable .Well appointed if a little dated. The location was quiet and a very short walk to the city centre,shops, restaurants and the lake etc. Staff were helpful and the breakfast reasonable for thi type of european hotel. Reasonable value....for Geneve which is an expensive city in general.

Staff spoke good English and offered a free public transport card to us. Nice, renovted bathrooms in the rooms. Very jaded hotel. I know Switzerland is expensive, but this hotel isn't anywhere near value for money. The worst breakfast of trip. Our first room didn't even have enough curtains to cover the windows.

This hotel represents poor value for money. We initially booked to stay for 2 nights however we chose to sacrifice our booking and leave after night one. The room was dated, noisy and small and definitely not 3 star accommodation.

Hotel keeps 70th style which reminds me my mother,USsr and all this good memories . Kitchen corner in a room helped me to avoid extra pricy eating In cafes.

Good breakfast and helpful staff. It is well located near the old town and lake. The apartment kitchenette was not equiped to be of any practical use it didnt even have a kettle, you could only make tea or coffee by using a large pan to boil water. There was no complimentary tea or coffee or even a water jug. I think this hotel is overpriced and I would not stay there again.

The staffs are very friendly. The room is large and has small kitchen. It is good for long-term stay in Geneva. Breakfast is average level.

The staff was very helpful the time we get there they gave us free tickets trasportations during our stay there so that we can use them in the city . beside they have a decent breakfast also they have a small kitchen in the room if u want to cook your food and the room is big enough for two of us and its clean the bath also is clean and everything is good in this hotel . I advice u to stay in this hotel it is 5 minutes walking to the lake and from the lake it is 10 minutes walking to the old town Everythin is good nothin I dont like in this hotel specially the lady in the front disk she helped us alot for planning to our trip

Location could not be better. Turn right outside for public transport, turn left for the lake. Great fantastic staff. Enjoyed everything thoroughly and would definitely return! Lack of free use of ironing board or provision of disposable slippers.

The area of rooms is very comfortable. Breakfast very good. Location in a good part of city. Wi Fi is there always and free of charge . The hotel has its own car park.

Very central, excellent location. We were given free travel tickets for trams, trains and yellow boats on lake, tram stop 50 yds away. Could do with some money being spent on it, but very clean and tidy, nice breakfast. Value for money would stay again.

Good localisation in the city centre -close to the old town, shopping area and the Geneva lake. Very nice and helpfull staff. Free wifi internet. Hotel and equipment needs renovation - except from the bathroom, which seemed to be new. Breakfast could be better - fresh fruits and vegetables would be appreciated.

A short walk from the station, literally 5 mins if that, straight out of the station doors and 200 mts along a right hand turn and you were there, that's why I chose to stay here.
