We were upgraded as we were on honeymoon and as such the welcome, the room and everything were just fantastic and very good value for money. Very convenient for the station, excellent views and two very good restaurants - food and breakfast were really good. |

Right in front of the train station. I don't think this hotel is worth 4 star at all. Totally overpriced. Rustic and small room was like a closet. |

Excellent location beside all shops and restaurants in St. Moritz Dorf. Two minutes walk from train station. Very helpful staff. Traditional swiss interior. Very clean and comfortable. Easy access to mountains and walks |

Very good service from all the staff and personal contacts with the management made us feel welcome to the hotel. Our room was very spacious, well equipped and had fantastic views over the St Moritz lake and mountains. The hotel's requirement to pay for three days stay in advance and in addition to the guarantees given to Booking.com was quite strange. We almost decided not go at all due to what we considered as inacceptable and unduly greedy business practice. |

閑散期だったのかもしれませんが、山側での予約でしたが、湖側の部屋を準備して下さり、とても感激しました- 。駅や市街にも近く、便利でした。ホテルのスイス料理のレストランもリーズナブルでおいしかったです。支払- った料金以上のサービスが受けられた感じです。 |

予約の段階では山側の部屋の可能性があったので、コメントで湖側を希望したら湖側にしてもらえました。イン- ターネットではプリンターも使えました。３０分５スイスフランでした。レストランの料理も美味しかったです- 。朝食の種類が豊富でプチブールがおいしかったです。 |

Mooie monumentale gemeenschappelijke ruimtes. Gunstige ligging bij het station, voldoende eigen parkeergelenheid. Bergbanen inclusief. Schone kamers, correct personeel. Wat een beetje wringt is dat het hotel in essentie niet meer of minder is dan een redelijk toeristenhotel, maar zich positioneert als een eersteklas hotel. (De betere driesterrenhotels bieden betere kamers, ontbijt e.d.) Kleine kamer en kleine, eenvoudige badkamer, met dun plastic wc brilletje e.d. Wat stijf personeel. |

サンモリッツ駅前に位置し、鉄道を利用した旅には最高のロケーション。湖に面した部屋は眺めが良い。部屋も- 最近リノベーションしたばかりのようで、清潔感あふれ、バストイレも使いやすい。 チェックイン時ロープーウェイが無料になるなどの各種アクティビティーについての説明が不親切で、後になっ- てそんなメリットがあったのかと判ったが手遅れ。受付担当者が手抜きしている感あり。レストランの食事は塩- 辛いばかりで口に合わなかった。細かいことだが、部屋にゴミ箱がなく、バスルームに1個あるのみ。いちいち- バスルームまでごみを捨てに行く事になる。朝食に野菜サラダ類が無し。目覚まし時計(ラジオ）は無し。 |

Hotel met historische uitstaling. Uitstekend gelegen dicht bij treinstation en kamers hebben aan de voorzijde een schitterend uitzicht op het meer en de bergen. Bij verblijf van minimaal 2 dagen krijgen de gasten ook gratis vervoer voor alle lokale openbare vervoersmogelijkheden zoals bus, bergtreintje en kabelbaan |

駅から直ぐで便利。町中まで歩いたとしても、たいした距離でなし。併設のビアレストランがそこそこのお味。- 連泊の場合は、周辺の交通機関が全てフリーになる切符を貸してくれました。フロントの説明もとても親切。 |

駅から近く、ベルニナ鉄道に乗るのに便利でした。また、付近の湖の散策も気持のよい散歩コースで家族でおし- ゃべりしながら楽しめました。 バスルームと部屋の境目にドアがなく、子供がお風呂に入るのに恥ずかしがってました。 |

Nous avons été très bien accueillis et très bien logés, les chambres qui nous ont été attribuées ne pouvaient être mieux situées. Si nous retournons avec nos invités en Engadine, nous ne manquerons pas de séjourner à La Margna. |

かわいらしい部屋で、窓からは、湖、山が見え、とてもすてきでした。駅のすぐ前なので、電車に乗るのに、と- ても便利でした。旧市街へも、バスが出ていますし、公共交通機関のパスをもらえたのが、便利でした。スイス- の物価が高いことを考えれば、いろいろ我慢ができるので、良いホテルだったと思います。日本と比べてはいけ- ないなと思いました。日本人がとても多くてびっくりしました。朝食に炊飯器が出ていました。４日目に知りま- した。味噌汁もありました。でも、ツアーではないので、食べていいのかなと迷いました。 バスルームの備品は、最初に入れてくれただけで、その後は、追加してくれませんでした。がっかりです。部屋- にポットがないので、お湯をルームサービスで頼みました。料金も取られて、ちょとがっかりしました。 |
