Excellent breakfast. Free minibar (soft drinks). Very friendly and efficient staff. Definitely need to get instructions in advance to reach hotel car-park. |

Excellent Hotel! I was especially impressed with the honesty of the valet parking employees. By mistake 1500 EUR fell out of my pocket on the driver seat and that I found them from there when I asked them to bring the car back to me from semi-automatic garage. The breakfast could be better, somewhat old pastry, even though a good selection. |

One of the best hotels I have stayed in. The staff were incredibly nice and attentive. Especial details such as candies in the lobby, apples and even the fact that they changed the rugs in the elevator with the day of the week printed. The girls in the reception were extremely helpful especially the one who helped me find the nearest phone shop and the one that suggested the outlet in Mendrisio Absolutely nothing. The hotel was even 5 feet from the funicular which took you to the train station in 1 minute. The breakfast was divine. They even served giant pieces of Toblerones. |

The two young ladies we had the pleasure of dealing with on the front desk were very very helpful, and friendly. The buffet breakfast is fantastic. Location is perfect - a 5 minute cable car ride from the train station, and within walking distance of everything. |
