Bsasicamente, gostei do hotel como um todo. Não há sumo de maçã na mesa do pequeno almoço, e o frigorífico do quarto não tem bebidas alcoólicas (com pagamento extra). |

Principalmente do serviço. Os empregados todos são exceptionais!!! O pequeno almoço e fabuloso e pode concorrer com os pequenos almoços dos grandes hoteis no Dubai! Os detalhes no quarto e no hotel são belos mimos: desde o minibar gratuito no quarto (!!!!), o café gratuito na reception o dia todo, os brownies na reception.....A Garagem automatizada do hotel tem 52 lugares e o hotel tem 83 quartos.....a sempre lugar para o carro, e estamos no e centro da cidade de Lugano! |

the location, snacks, breakfast, staff, room are all excellent. very short walk distance to the shopping area and the lake. There is a cable car that takes you directly from the train station to hotel's footstep. we loved our stay in this hotel and lookforward to stay there again everything is just perfect |

Very convenient location, especially for those who travel by train, literally 10 steps from a funicular to train station. Very friendly and yet professional staffs, really nice breakfast, and very clean room. Was a little too expensive, and not quite 4-star to me. There were 2 people staying in the room, but only 1 bathrobe (?!). |

I liked everything about this hotel. The staff are charming; they are extremely courteous and readily offer assistance. The service and services in the hotel are of the highest order.I would like to have stayed longer. |

Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Room was good with a lovely view at the back of the hotel. It seemed expensive but so were all the hotels in Lugano. |

Stayed at this hotel for the third time. Always very friendly staff. Great location, right in the city center, close to the lake. Free water, coffee, tea, and snacks in the lobby. Cool automated parking facility. |

Good for location, air-con and breakfast. One hour free wireless internet connection a day is okay when comparing with other hotels. But counter service is not too friendly and bed is really too small. |

This hotel was awesome, from the amazing staff with all the lollies and swiss chocolates on the reception desk to the childrens play area in the lobby. Our room was small, but this didn't really factor in. This hotel is fantastic at focusing on the small details. Free Mini Bar daily to Swiss Chocolates on the pillows at nighttime. The breakfast buffet is genuinely overwhelming, I personally loved the Toblerone, but there is something for everyone...even fussy toddlers. Internet is free, as is the Tea/Coffee/Bottled Water , Fruit also Magazines and Newspapers in the Lounge area. Get off the train at Lugano station and onto the Furnicular (cost was chf 1.10 ow) it stops directly outside the hotel. Perfect!! |

Full of options, nice in everything. Parking prices might be over the normal yet it really pay-off. Free and fresh drinks, sweets, and snacks available all the day on the loopy. Kids games, Kids PC, chess and full business PC is also provided for free also. |
