I liked the friendliness and helpfulness of your staff, the snacks that were left out during the day, the comp mini-bar, the abillity to customize my stay, the ways you attempted to make up for the construction disruption, and the extensive / incredible breakfasts. When I return to Lugano, Lugano Dante Center will be my first hotel of choice.

The construction was a minor disruption and a bit noisy on our arrival day.

Very relaxing hotel. The staff were very helpful and nice. I would for sure stay in this hotel if coming back to Lugano

I have stayed here three times now and on each occasion the Hotel staff have worked hard to make me feel welcome and to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable.

The hotel is well located and has impeccable décor. The breakfast was the best that we take in 8 cities in which we hosted. The location is exceptional, next to the train station and the historic center.

Some staff did not speak English absolutely nothing. The most serious occurred during check out, when I informed that the right was paying only a day for parking since we returned the car we had rented a day after arriving in Lugano. The receptionist was extremely thick, wanting to charge us the parking for all the days instead of only one day.

Everything about this hotel was perfect! We thoroughly enjoyed our accommodations and the staff was exceptional. Would definitely stay again and recommend it highly!!

My room didn't have a good view. The price a bit high comparing to other hotels I stayed in.

This was our favorite hotel so far in Europe. The staff were very nice and helpful and there was a lot of attention paid to details. The breakfast buffet was fabulous, and the hotel location was perfect for shopping, sight-seeing and the restaurants.

The staf were so friendly and helpful - excellent customer focus. Hotel location in the heart of Lugano and so handy for the main line station in Lugano. Room quality and cleanliness was great and the choice of breakfast food was excellent.

No criticisms whatsoever.

Very nice hotel and staff. Location is perfect. Everything was free in the hotel, minibar, crepes from the restaurant, daily supply of water, plenty of biscuits and chocolates free at reception. At checkout, they gave us a bag full of snacks and water for the road trip to Milano. FANTASTIC.

The only annoying thing is the room key, but this doesn't count

Best hotel for me in Europe as -very friendly, extremely helpful and lovely staff. -breakfast is amazing alot of luxurioues selection. -good location near cable car and public transportation. Also,less than a 1min walking from resturants and shopping center. -have kids play area -free mini bar, coffee and snakes all day at lobby.

Excellent hotel, Excellent location. Excellent breakfast. Excellent staff . Excellent room . Many restaurant close by . 5 minutes walk to the lake . We stayed at this hotel for 1 night during our trip to Italy so the Tram is just next to the hotel door to take u up to the main train station ( tram costs €1.10 euro/ person ) we loved the location of this hotel close to everything u need in Lugano , specially for shopping , close to Nasa Via ( the best shopping street ) . I highly recommend this great hotel .

Beatiful hotel and I really haigh recommended for anyone that will stay in Lugano . Friendly staff and free wifi. Also , you can drink coffee and eat snacks at any time free . The location is amazing at the middle of all shops .

There is charge for the car parking but beleive me this hotel deserve it .

The location was superb for shopping, boating, and visiting historical sites. Easy access to train station. The breakfast had the most selections that I have ever experienced in my global travels. The food was delicious. But the most outstanding feature was the friendliness of the staff. They were very helpful and far-surpassed our expectations!

The room and bathroom were smaller than we preferred.
