Location. 1Min walk from the main train station. Room is very confortable, and well equiped with bathtub , tea and coffee maker, hair dryer etc, It has a smoking room which was important for me, but the rest of hotel is smoke free and no smell at all so it is also good for non smoker I guess Internet connection(both Wifi and wired) is not free and quite expensive. Booking said wired connection is free but it wasn't true. For me(business traveller) this is only but big problem of this hotel

It is located next to the main train station, i.e. just outside the city centre. Too expensive, hair dryer did not work properly, bath thowels had a bad smell.

The evening and night front desk and staff were excellent and really made my time there a positive experience. The hotel is right outside of the train station and it was very convenient to leave my luggage there while I spent my last day around the city...and I simply picked up my luggage before boarding the train.

I liked the quality of the matress and bedding, the blackout curtains and a good sound isolation. The room had all the neccessary facilities. There was a breakfast area on the top floor of the hotel with the magnificient views (which cost extra). Good connections with the centre, airport, etc. I found Switzerland more expensive than uk. Therefore, the quality you get is lower for the same price. The design of the hotel's interior was not to my liking.

Convenient to Centralbahnplatz but around the corner so much less tram noise. Militant smokers gathered on the porch, blocking the front door to the hotel, and stinking the place up. A very unpleasant way to start and end the day.

The recepction men is so polite and the location is perfect. The soap isnot as gel and is difficult to use the soap in bloq.

small but tidy room. cheerful and helpful staff. 朝五時半に来るはずの空港への送迎タクシーが来ないというトラブルがあったのですが、コンシェルジュの方が- 現地のタクシー会社に電話してくださり、対応をしていただきました。 気持ちよく対応してくださり大変助かりました。

Ist sicher der schönste "Frühstücksblick" den man in Basel finden kann (über ganz Basel und Region) Düvet für den Sommer zu dick, wurde aber auf Nachfrage ausgetauscht.

Die sehr warm und komfortabel, aber dennoch zweckmässig eingerichteten Zimmer mit tollem Blick über die Stadt - vor allem auch beim Frühstück ! Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und gepflegt und die Mitarbeiter geben das Gefühl, dass man "zuhause" ist. Die Fassade lässt leider nicht auf das tolle, farbige und freundliche Innere des Hotels schliessen.

“The location was great - right across from the train station. We were given transportation passes which enabled us to ride the street cars and buses throughout our stay free of charge which was amazing as the street cars were right outside the hotel which made getting into the city a breeze! Complimentary cold drinks were avaiable on each floor - nice touch. Staff was very accommodating and breakfast was great! Rooms were very clean and beds were very comfortable. Non noise from outside.
