Excellent location in Interlaken with a good view. I felt i was cheated as they charged for everything . There was no kettle to make cup of tea when you get up in the morning . Initially it was said in the confirmation that kids with 5 years can go free, but they didn't follow the terms. Usually it would have been breakfast free with such a claimed 4 star hotel. I wouldn't recommend to any one else |

It was my mother's 50th birthday - and we told the restaurant and they made it special for us without asking to do so. She got a small cake with a candle - it was special and the Restaurant staff = excellent. Did enjoy the fitness center but a gym would be wonderful for those who don't like hiking or swimming. Also we did give laundry & know it is at own risk but it came faded back - my clothing is damaged, even though it is new it looks old, it is a pity. |

The rooms were very clean and recently updated. The beds were comfortable. We were able to book without including breakfast, which was nice because breakfast was very expensive for what you get. There are several cafes and local restaurants within a block or two where you can easily get breakfast for 1/3 of the price. Hotel staff was VERY helpful and friendly. Location is great. |

La situación geográfica y el paisaje, pero esto no es un mérito del hotel. La Jungfrau está ahí desde mucho antes que ellos. La habitación arreglada de cualquier manera. Cambio de sábanas solo cuando al tercer día nos quejamos seriamente. Luego, sorprendentemente, en los dos últimos días (de siete) mejoraron las cosas. Metropole necesita tocar de pies en el suelo y explicar a su personal que están ahí para atender al cliente, no haciéndole un favor recibiéndole. Hay personal muy válido, pero otros francamente malos. Los Responsables están demasiado encumbrados y no viven la realidad. Como Interlaken vende y ellos tienen un edificio magnífico no tienen problemas para tener clientes. |

het uitzicht. personeel,een benauwde vieze kamer,slechte airco,na raam open gezet ontzettend veel lawaai op straat ,parkeren bij het hotel € 10,00!!!!!! belachelijk,bereken het dan bij de prijs in dan kom je geloofwaardiger over,maar het ergste was dat er geen parkeerplaats was,in de kelder en bovengronds!!!voor ons nooit weer in dit hotel |

centrale ligging in Interlaken, dicht bij de treinstations. geen airconditioning, kluis op de kamer werkte niet omdat de batterij leeg was. Er werd geen nieuwe batterij geplaatst. |

Sehr zentral gelegen; guter und freundlicher Service; grosse Zimmer mit wunderbarer Aussicht in die Berge. Bezahlung von zweiter halben Stunde im Internet - am nächsten Tag! Dies sollte bei diesen Zimmerpreisen inbegriffen sein. Am ersten Tag war das auch so. Frühstück CHF 25.00 pro Person viel zu überrissen! |

das Wasser in der Dusche entleerte sich ganz schlecht.In einem 4 Stern Hotel mit Teppichboden darf man Einwegsandalen erwarten. |

Die Lage Der Lärm, der Gruppenreisenden auf den Etagen. Der Roomservice, der am Morgen um 7:45 schon dass Zimmer machen wollte, sodass ich am nächsten Abend das "bitte nicht stören" Schild an die Tür gehängt habe, damit ich in Ruhe duschen konnte. Das Zimmer das nach kalten Rauch stank, obwohl es ein Nichtraucher Zimmer war und als 4 Sterne Hotel keinen Spiegel hatte, wo man sich ganz sehen konnte. |

Im Badezimmer hatte es an der Decke bei der Badewanne schwarze Flecken was Schimmel ist. Und auch am Rand der Badewanne war es schwarz. |
