central location, nice view from our floor (11th) price can still be less than what has been charged, room was superficially cleaned only (bed not properly arranged, dust on outside furnitures) room is not sound proof, can be more professional like room service not just going inside the room without giving ample time for guests to react if they are needed or not.

Wir sind der Meinung, dass ein 4 Sterne Hotel in der Schweiz einen etwas grösseren tv vertragen könnte.... Und Parkplätze müssten für Kunden kostenlos sein.

Das Zimmer hatte einen gemütlichen Balkon mit grandioser Aussicht auf die Berge. Toll ist auch die Sicht auf Interlaken, mein Zimmer befand sich im 11. Stock.
