Staff were very friendly and view was terrific (although pity about the large gum tree in front of the bedroom) Breakfast selection was a little limited. 403 steps to town but lovely view and nice and quiet |

Auffallend ist die Freundlichkeit aller Mitarbeiter in diesem Hotel. Die Zimmer sind einfach eingerichtet, aber sehr sauber. Beeindruckend war die gut riechende Bettwäsche. Faszinierend ist natürlich die wunderschöne Lage vom Hotel, mit einer Aussicht auf See und Berge. Es ist ein Erlebnis auf dem Balkon diese Natur zu geniessen. Wir haben es genossen, es war ein toller Aufenthalt. |

Das reichhaltige, schön angerichtete Frühstückbüffet. Die aufgestellten sympatischen Angestellten, die mit ihrer freundlichen Art einem dem Start in den Tag verschönerten. Der Baulärm am Morgen.( Baustelle ) Die 397 Treppen, wenn man zu Fuss unterwegs war bis zum Hotel. Dies ist im der Hotelbeschreibung nicht Sichtbar. Ist für Senioren sicher nicht ideeal, müsste meiner Meinung nach erwähnt werden.z.B. Zu Fuss bis ins Zentrum über einen Treppenweg mit 397 Stufen in 8 min. Fitt aus den Ferien. |

Θέση, θέα, προσωπικό και πρωϊνό καταπληκτικά. Χρειαστήκαμε εκτάκτως οδοντίατρο. Το προσωπικό έκανε ότι ήταν απαραίτητο για να μας λύσει το πρόβλημα ταχύτατα. Ευχαριστούμε. Να αξιοποιήσει περισσότερο την εξαιρετική του ταράτσα. |

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und verabschiedet. Das Personal war jederzeit sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Gute Verpflegung und Handtücher für den Pool haben ebenso für das Wohlbefinden beigetragen. An sehr heissen Tagen, fehlt evt. die Klimaalage im Zimmer |

Emplacement charmant. Personnel aimable. Hôtel mal desservi par les transports en commun. Chambre un peu triste malgré le prix. Pas de réception après 22 h et avant 8h. Disponibilité du téléphone limitée. Le lieu semble réservé aux clients alémaniques (absence d'informations en français et en ... italien, dans les chambres!). |

Mooie ruime kamer met balkon en uitzicht over het meer. Airco ontbreekt. Iemand die geen 400 treden kan klimmen moet steeds een taxi nemen vanuit het centrum van Ascona. |

Es ist ein angenehmes Hotel mit einer sehr aufgestellten Bedienung. Die Lage des Hoetels mit Seesicht hat uns sehr beeindruckt! Wir hatten eine Übernachtung und würden gerne jederzeit wieder in dieses Hotel gehen. Die Matratze (kommt einer Hängematte ähnlich;-) ist für meinen Geschmack zu weich. Das ist unser Eindruck - kann jedoch für jemand anderes auch wieder Ideal sein. |

Een bijzonde prettig hotel dankzij: Goede ligging met mooi uitzicht vanaf de ruime balcons en vanuit het dinner terras, prettig personeel, ruime en schone kamers, leuk zwembadje, uitmuntend ontbijt: kortom zeer goed! Bij gebrek aan airconditioning in de kamers, wat in Ascona vreemd genoeg ook bij aanzienlijk duurdere hotels vaak het geval is, zou een staande- of plafond ventilator geen overbodige luxe zijn bij de warme en vochtige zomer dagen zoals die in die streek veelvuldig voorkomen. Aangezien de prijs voor met name staande exemplaren laag ligt zou ik het management, ter verhoging van het comfort voor hun gasten, deze aan te schaffen. |
