Čistota celého hotelu, anglicky hovořící a vstřícný personál, skvělý výběr jídel k snídani. Dobrá poloha hotelu blízko středu města a vlakového nádraží. V budově hotelu se bohužel nachází noční kluby, takže je celou noc slyšet dost hlasitou hudbu a basové dunění. Klidnou noc tu nečekejte. |

Good location. Very close to the railway station, the KKL, the lake and the city. The room was extremely hot, even with the radiator turned off. The windows could not be left opened during the night because of the noise from the traffic, so it was suffocating. |

Location was excellent, easy walking distance to the old city. Fabulous hotel - will stay here again. Even a Starbucks in the lobby. |

The staff was very friendly, well-wishing and always ready to help. Good location is also a big advantage. I heard everything in corridor because of very poor noise insulation. Besides outside hotel air vent was also very noisy and I couldn't even open the vindow.The hote has no opportunity to have a dinner. |

Very good location. In the center of the city. Close to the train station and most of the scenic spots. Many restaurants around. Room is clear and comfortable. Hotel staff are very kind and helpful. The setting of the safe in the room needs adjustment. It should leave a little bit more time for confirming after putting the password. But it shuts immediately before confirming and it does not recognize the password just put. So hotel staff has to be called for opening it. |

Location is good. Hotel entrance is through Starbucks. Very downmarket hotel, took us by surprise. Rooms very old fashioned. Not great, and I would not want to stay there again. In Luzern tourist brochure it only gets one star quality. |

The location is very good, just 1 minute walk from train station. The room is quite nice, especially the bath room. The TV is small and the remote controller is not working. No hot water can drink when I arrived in a cold night. |

The breakfast is excellent! food was fresh and they provide various choices The location is bit far from train station, you have to go up hill for 10mins. If you are carrying big baggage you better use their taxi (5CHR for 1 person) or bus |

50 meters to the railway station including busstation with the possibilty to take a bus towards the nearby mountains or shopping centers. 5 minute walk to the nice Old Town. |

Good hotel. Great location. No parking but close parking on the street for 10 chf for 24 hours. Small room! But nice. Good choice!!! |

The room is beautiful and the staff was very polite and helpful. The location is amazing next to the train station and city area which makes all the travelling very easy. All the restaurants are next to the hotel such as starbucks, burgerking and McDonalds. |

nothing except location very very poor service they should learn something about hospitality from indian hotel chains horrendeous breakfast and it is the only hotel in the world which threatens you with a fine of 500 euros if u leave the bathroom floor wet first i thought it was a joke but it wasnt |

Great, central location for exploring beautiful old-town Luzern. Very conveniently located next to the main train station that has great shopping 7 days a week. Although the room was a bit dated, it was very clean, large and well sound-proofed with a large modern bathroom. |

Location (directly beside the train station and very close to the river and tourist sites), quality of room, cleanliness of the room, bathroom (which also had 2 sinks). We were travelling with a baby and they had a good cot set up in the room on arrival. There was a lot of street noise. There is no gym/health club. |

Of the 4 hotels I have stayed at in Switzerland, this had the best accomadations by farr also the best breakfast and it was located in the city center. The TV needs to be upgraded. |

Location was very convenient next to the railway and bus station. Good breakfast selection and good service at restaurant. 1. Wireless internet should be available on a complimentary basis and this is a requirement for today's communications. 2. No cofee making facilities in the room - to take hot water from the kitchen is very inconvenient although staff were very helpful. 3. TV channels must have english language option. |
