The best part was its proximity to all the fabulous things that Zurich has to offer and transport. The rooms were rather tight and I had people walk into my room on two occasions carrying keys for my room. This raised questios about security at the hotel.

The rooms are very basic, very small bathroom, uncomfortable bed and no complimentary drinking water. The hotel is at a junction of two busy roads, there is constant noise through the night therefore the room is hot as you can't have the windows open. The noise from the church bell over the road each hour adds to an uncomfortable night too.

Fiendly hotel, central location, near the mainline station - location is convenient.Good breakfast buffet, with good cofee, fresh fruit and good bread. I liked the bed. Bathroom a little small;no soaps/shampoo in the bathroom; small towels. Price is a little high

Old hotel in the nosiest part of the city. I almost did not sleep. Drunk people shouting on the street in front of the hotel all night long. And because it was very warm and there was no air-conditioning in the room, I had to leave the window open.

Central location; breakfast was ok This hotel, like many others in Zurich, is way too expensive for what it offers; no amnities in the room, floor needs a serious renovation, bad- quality matrace, bags need to be carried by yourself and up some stairs, friendliness of staff can be improved, no gym, simply not to be recommended.

Nice hotel within 10 - 15 minutes walking distance from the central station. The breakfast was good, the cleaning was good and the overall impression is that the hotel is well managed and maintained.

I really liked it for being close to the main attractions of the vitu, the breakfast was really good and the staff was helpful. Yes, even though the room was for non smokers it really smelt like An ashtray. It was also very close to prostitution areas, but I have to admit that it was not something dangerous.

Nice, clean, in a very convenient location (close to train station, city centre and the old town), great buffet breakfast, friendly staff. Plus, it's a little less expensive than other hotels in the city. I't was definitely a good choice. The hotel provided internet access and wifi but they were both expensive, while this type of service should be considered a standard.

V friendly & helpful staff, rooms v nicely decorated, modern furniture & wooden floors, delicious home-made pasta restaurant with exceptionally helpful waiter Location in what appears to be a red light district may make solo female travellers a little uncomfortable about going for a walk in the evening. However - the whole street/area is full of (perfectly good, legitimate) hotels so perhaps as Zurich is a small city this is unavoidable

The hotel is situated in the old town of Zurich, below the Federal Institute of Technology campus hill. I arrived late and was checked-in quickly. The room was clean and well warmed. The staff was professional and discrete. This hotel is suitable for individuals (or couples) who want to be accomodate in the centre of the city for a fair price compared with the most of hotels in the city.
