Very helpful staff in making an onward booking.I arrived before check in; they changed me to another room to enable earlier check in. The single room was a bit small to accommodate all the designer furniture |

The hotel has a good location, rooms clean and included all you need. The Hotel also offer a medium good and fresch breakfast. The Pillow in the bed, very hard and vey high!! |

The Hotel is located in the middle of the Old City which is very convenieInt I did not like the breakfast. There were no Vegetables at alllllllll????? |

good breakfast, nice staff, easy to go. too dark bed room hard to reading; our bed room at 1/F.and too near bar area if someone chat we can hear clearly; our check-out date is Zurich time change one hour fast, staff not remind us, almost miss the plane, suggest staff remind tourist. |

Excellent location i Zurich city center, very close to train station. Comfortable and great value for the price. Breakfast could be better. Automated coffee was not so good. Not much choice of pastries for the morning energy. Very basic breakfast. In summer may be very hot in rooms without airco. |

The only endearing feature of the Hotel was the location in relation to Zurich HB and restaurants Hotel lift broke whilst inside and staff did not respond to alarm. No facilities in room or hotel to obtain drink. Safety standards poor. B/fast below average. |

The lady at the reception was quite helpful (Can't remember her name though). There was no mention in the website that the hotel was in the middle of the red light district. As a family with young children, it was quite dissapointing that the website did not think that it was important to provide this information. The room was very small. There were no closets in the room, no toiletries in the wash room. The wash room did not have a lock. |
