Really close to train station and town, beautiful hotel, amazing room

Said free wifi on notice.... Wasn't free.

Wonderful "Old town" location. Excellent breakfast. Very helpful and friendly staff.

We were on the courtyard window side on the first floor. Twice we had to close our windows because of smokers smoking below our windows in the outdoor seating area.

The breakfast buffet was great! The rooms were very nice, and there was even free water as we arrived (we were very thirsty.)

The rooms could have view on walls. The shower could splash everywhere. The chairs could be woobly. And the managers at the desk as sure as they did the job that they even don't go to check what's going on in the rooms...

Good position and easy to go around for river sight seeing or shopping. It's also very near the main station (5 minutes by walking).

Price is high for such kind of hotel, I would rage it 80 chf maximum.

The hotel is located a short walk from the Zurich main train station. Wifi access is excellent. Breakfast is ample in a nice setting.

You couldn't ask for a better location, just a few steps away from all of the action. Great restaurant in the lobby.

Great location and very convenient to the night life. It was very budget friendly.

The restaurant was only open during specific hours and the wifi required contacting the reception desk every 24hrs to request a new login details.

What drew me to the hotel was the price and location.

I booked 3 nights but only stayed 1 checked out the next morning, the room was so small I could barely turn around. I had to put my suitcase on the window seal to store it. The bed was so low to the ground. The towels were so yellow I flat out refused to use them.

Not much atmosphere due to low numbers. No Italian restaurant as we were led to believe. Not a great area, many " working ladies" around.

Nothing what so ever. The room was small, dark and very smely. (cigaretes)

Cowboy style staff, very litle english spiking, nothing understanding, lack of profesionalisem.

The walls in the hotel are very thin, the first night I stayed I couldnt sleep as the person next door was watching tv and it was very loud. If you stay on the street side then the traffic is very loud too.

Close to main station and access to old town is pretty easy. Room is very average but room size is almost double when compared to the Best Western Hotel which is diagonally opposite and where I stayed a week before. With the same price I would definitly prefer this hotel to Best Western.

Breakfast was very average. Towels in the bathroom looks offwhite and dull...seems to be reusing it over long time.

The location was excellent, staff was accommodating, and breakfast was excellent.

No one told us ahead of time how much it would cost to bring our dog. I confirmed personally with the hotel staff regarding bringing our pet, and they never mentioned the 40€ fee. It was surprising to find that the pet fee was more than parking.

Breakfast is poor, and lifts are old style. And it was noisy in the room like there is engine on your ceiling
