very pleasant staff.good food ,lovely pool.comfy beds ,good quality duvet,s. the welcome plate of food sat around for 3 days,the room was not tiedied up the day before leaving. |

Breakfast was fabulous. Spa area & services very good. Location good. Room was not on mountain side so view was of another building & no balcony. It also had feeling of a "city" hotel versus a mountain spa retreat. The rooms on the mountain-side with balcony & flowers are likely better. |

One of the best mountain hotels I've stayed in in Switzerland. The single room was quite big with a large queen size bed and balcony. Staff were outstanding, nothing was too much trouble. |

Great hotel, the restaurant was also great. Very inexpensive half board option and I was pleasantly suurprised that they gave us a pass that can be used for all the gondolas and lifts. The view from the room was not good. |

Very inviting environment! The place I would try to come again next season. Really "gourmet" restaurant, though a bit on a higher price level, but truly enjoyable expirience. Swimming pool inside the spa area (or I just missed its location?) prevents coming in with the children being a nude area. |

Sehr guter Service, freundliche Mitarbeiter mit sehr guten Auskünften. Am letzten Tag nach dem Auschecken konnte man nach dem Skifahren sich auch nochmal umziehen und Duschen. Wellnessbereich ist sehr schön. Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Nur Kleinigkeiten. Der Hotelsafe ging bei mir nicht. |

Ho apprezzato l'accoglienza in hotel e la gentilezza di tutto lo staff Non li giudicherei reclami; le uniche osservazioni da porre sono per la piscina e la zona termale in quanto la prima anche se dovrebbe essere una zona di silenzio la maggior parte delle volte non è caotica e per quanto concerne la zona termale essendo una hotel internazionale dovrebbe esistere l'obbligo del costume e non il contrario!!!!! |

Personnelle très aimable et professionelle Les lits étaient très bons marchés, surtout par rapport au prix de la nuitée. Normalement, je souffre rarement de maux de dos mais j'ai en souffrais beaucoup lors de notre séjour. Malheureusement, ma femme a cassé le bras le premier jour. Malgré le fait que j'ai annoncé notre départ le la veille j'ai été obliger de payer notre dernier jour à l'hôtel. Pourtant, je recommanderais l'hôtel s'il change de lits. |

Sehr freundliches Personal und Service (Hol- und Bringservice vom Parkhaus, nette Begrüßung mit persönlichen Freizeittips, Parkkarte wird vom Hotel bei der Kurverwaltung angemeldet), umfangreiches sehr leckeres Frühstück/Brunch, schöner Wellness-Bereich, kostenlose Tageskarte für alle Bergbahnen und Gondeln während des gesamten Aufenthalts!! |
