Breakfast was fabulous. Spa area & services very good. Location good. Room was not on mountain side so view was of another building & no balcony. It also had feeling of a "city" hotel versus a mountain spa retreat. The rooms on the mountain-side with balcony & flowers are likely better. |

One of the best mountain hotels I've stayed in in Switzerland. The single room was quite big with a large queen size bed and balcony. Staff were outstanding, nothing was too much trouble. |

Great hotel, the restaurant was also great. Very inexpensive half board option and I was pleasantly suurprised that they gave us a pass that can be used for all the gondolas and lifts. The view from the room was not good. |

Very inviting environment! The place I would try to come again next season. Really "gourmet" restaurant, though a bit on a higher price level, but truly enjoyable expirience. Swimming pool inside the spa area (or I just missed its location?) prevents coming in with the children being a nude area. |

Sehr freundliches Personal und Service (Hol- und Bringservice vom Parkhaus, nette Begrüßung mit persönlichen Freizeittips, Parkkarte wird vom Hotel bei der Kurverwaltung angemeldet), umfangreiches sehr leckeres Frühstück/Brunch, schöner Wellness-Bereich, kostenlose Tageskarte für alle Bergbahnen und Gondeln während des gesamten Aufenthalts!! |
