Living in Asia, I am used to much higher standards in terms of facilities in a hotel. The rooms definitely need upgrading. Price is ok when thinking of the service, but excessive when looking at the physical standard of the hotel.

Location, views and comfort. It was a lovely hotel in a great location but the price seemed high compared to equivalent hotels and locations in N. America. We had booked a superior double room with lake view but were not sure what made it superior.

I have stayed in good hotels all over the world and this is one of my favourites. The staff are exemplary, the location superb and as a guerst I felt nothing was too much trouble for the hotel. When we made a request it was dealt with instantly. Cannot wait to return.

Sehr schoene Lage direkt am Vierwaldstaetter-See,sehr freundliches und hilfsbereite Personal.Essen war hervorragend. Von der Einrichtung des Zimmers war ich etwas enttaeuscht,Hatte mir das etwas schoener und moderner ,nicht so einfach vorgestellt,Eine Klimaanlage gabs auch nicht.Da unser Zimmer auf der letzten Etage(unter dem Dach) lag,wurde es Nachts ziemlich warm.,Ansonsten ein sehr schoenes Hotel und die Aussicht vom Zimmer direkt ueber den See ein Traum.

Sehr schön ist die Lage direkt am See und der Ort ist süß. Internet frei im der Lobby, das Frühstück war wirklich gut, das Hotel sauber und die Empfangskräfte nett und angenehm. Das Zimmer war hell und das Badezimmer auf dem neuesten Stand. Die Einrichtung war mir zu alt und hinterm Mond, teilweise unbequem - zb. das Bett. Das Kopfkissen war wirklich grauenhaft! Der Tv war nicht zum fernsehen geeignet, da müsste das Hotel nachrüsten. Teilweise war die Bediehnung etwas unfreundlich - zb. beim Frühstück und die hoteleigenen Restaurants haben mir nicht sehr zugesagt.

Sämtliche Mitarbeitende waren super freundlich. Die Lage des Hotels (direkt am See mit Blick auf die Berge) ist einfach genial. Das Essen war hervorragend und der Wein umwerfend... :-) Es ist ein Haus mit grosser Vergangenheit und Geschichte. Schade, dass die Renovation dieser Tatsache nicht immer Rechnung trägt. Eine stilgerechte Renovation eines historischen Hauses wäre vermutlich halt auch einfach viel zu teuer.

Réception: Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit - professionell. Zimmer: sehr sauber, Personal aufmerksam Frühstück: Personal überfordert, hat den Überblick nicht. Obwohl es ein Frühstückbuffet gibt, muss der Gast lange warten bis er Kaffee bestellen kann. Nur auf Bitte des Gastes werden die Schalen wieder aufgefüllt. Qualität der Brötchen mangelhaft, da nicht frisch. Dem Privat-Gast wird im Verhältnis zum Seminar-Gast zu wenig Aufmerksamkeit geschenkt.

Die Infrastruktur für ein Weiterbildungsseminar war gut, Zwischenverpflegung und Essen ebenfalls. Die Räume waren nur mässig beheizt. Es hatte zuwenig Parkplätze beim Hotel (das Auto musste zuerst auf einem öffentlichen und gebührenpflichtigen Parkplatz ca. 300 Meter vom Hotel abgestellt werden). Das reservierte Zimmer stand zuerst nicht und dann erst nach Reklamation zur Verfügung. Weckzeit wurde um rund 20 Minuten verpasst!

Uitstekende keuken prachtige ligging en terrasen Ik reserveerde een Superior 2-pers.kamer -Meerzicht - 2 nachten kreeg een piepkleine MANSARDEkamer, weliswaar met meerzicht waar slechts plaats was voor één stoel hoe klein is dan een standaard kamer? Geen airco reeds bezocht in 2007; toen correcte kamer op 3e verdieping

Sie ziemlich große Zimmer, die Lage: d.h. ins Zentrum, aber auch am Ufer des See mit sehr schöner Aussicht aufs Wasser Es wäre sicher besser die Klima Anlage im Zimmer zu haben, sowie, z. B. einen Wasserkocher...

Le principal défaut de cet hôtel est que la langue française à l'air quasiment inconnue dans cet établissement, excepté peut-être au bar. Au restaurant, les menus n'ont pas de traduction française, alors qu'on en trouve dans des petits restaurants de la ville.... La langue française n'est-elle pas la langue de la gastronomie ?.... Enfin, la "musique" (si l'on peut appeler cela de la musique) diffusée le matin dans la salle du petit déjeuner est odieuse Le silence est d'or, ou alors, diffusez de la musique digne d'un hôtel de luxe et non pas de la variété de bas étage.
