Well positioned hotel near enough to centre for access but far enough away to be peaceful. Great views from large double room of mountains. Lovely gardens in front of hotel. Great indoor pool not much used. Very friendly staff, real family feel. Very good food in hotel, but also easy walk to town centre with many restaurants. |

Comfortable rooms in a quiet but convenient location close to shops and resturants. Nice pool and extremely pleasant staff. Lack of air conditioning in the bedrooms. All other facilites were very good, hence the mark down for comfort. |

Helpful staff and good breakfast although DIY eggs!! Not 4 Star standard, no air conditioning and fans charged extra. Our room in full view of surrounding windows, no privacy with curtains open. |

two bathrooms in room - cool! friendly personal, good location close to the bahnhof twin bed instead of double :( , very poor breakfast with 'self-cooking' eggs - too stingily for 4* hotel |

Staff were friendly.Very clean hotel.Good room service.Good continental breakfast. It was very hot weather.May be providing fan was a good idea since it was summer.I think there was a charge for providing fan.May be guests would be more happy if it was provided with out additional fare since it is a 4 star hotel.I am not talking about money .I am talking about service. |

Le personnel, très agréable. Le balcon. La piscine et le fait d'avoir à disposition un peignoir, une serviette de bain et des pantoufles de bain ainsi que des parapluies. L'hotel est très bien placé, proche du centre. Petit dejeuner très bien. La chaleur dans les chambres (même avec le chauffage fermé), la mauvaise qualité des oreillers, les chambres sont propres mais mériteraient un rafraichissement. |

L'hotel se trouve en centre ville mais il y a beaucoup de tranquillité.Le petit dejeuner est riche. La chambre avec petit terrasse est très belle.Il est près de la gare et d'autres services. Il offre la possibilité de plusieurs excursions sur le lac et sur les montagnes à pieds, avec bateaux, trains et funivies Des chambres et des bains sont plus vieux, des autres sont très beaux... |
