Nothing at All.......Poor staff,Very bad rooms, Not value for money A lot, Rude Staff,Break Fast Very poor,Beds bathroom Over All room was not even 3star category and they call it 4star...Over All never again. We have asked them to heat Something for us and they said we cant do it. |

The Stella Swiss was perfectly located - close enough to amenities, but far enough away from the noise of this vibrant city. The staff was great - always helpful, friendly and attentive. They had answers to all of our questions. The room was very nice. |

The evening meal in the restaurant was superb, good menu and marvellous preparation with good service.Welcoming, friendly and knowlegeable multilingual reception staff. 1) minor problem at check out when presented with a previously prepared bill that was at a much higher rate than that agreed and booked via internet. Quickly rectified in our favour and apologetically on presentation of email correspondence.2) The only hotel I have ever been in (and I travel a lot!) where you have to cook your own bacon and eggs - although the cold buffet was excellent alone. |

Location is good, 10 minute walk from the train station. Please make sure that if you have young children they charge extra from $15 and I think it goes as high as $60 per night. For towels, breakfast it is $15 per night even if your kid sleeps in the same bed, requesting extra cot or bed will be higher. |

What a great hotel! Although it's tuck away off the main street in Interlaken, the staff really goes out of their way to make sure you feel comfortable. This was the best place we stayed during our trip to Switzerland and Rome. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Location and no air conditioning. When we arrived it was on the warm side, which made it a little too warm in our room. Interlaken is mainly a winter destination so I guess that's maybe the reason. |

Well positioned hotel near enough to centre for access but far enough away to be peaceful. Great views from large double room of mountains. Lovely gardens in front of hotel. Great indoor pool not much used. Very friendly staff, real family feel. Very good food in hotel, but also easy walk to town centre with many restaurants. |

Comfortable rooms in a quiet but convenient location close to shops and resturants. Nice pool and extremely pleasant staff. Lack of air conditioning in the bedrooms. All other facilites were very good, hence the mark down for comfort. |

Helpful staff and good breakfast although DIY eggs!! Not 4 Star standard, no air conditioning and fans charged extra. Our room in full view of surrounding windows, no privacy with curtains open. |

Das Interieur im unteren Bereich hat uns gut gefallen. Vorallem meiner Tochter gefiel das orange Badezimmer. Und dass es ein Hallenbad hat, war toll. Das war einer der Gründe, warum ich es gebucht hatte. Ein Detail, das ich aber nicht so schlimm empfand: Der Bettrahmen (Stoff) gefiel mir vom Muster nicht und ich empfand es als eher "schmuddelig". |

La piscina, la pulizia, il ristorante, buon prezzo della camera, gentilezza dei camerieri Mancanza di aria condizionata, indicazione sbagliata alla reception riguardante il giro del battello sul lago (non è stato segnalato che il battello non rientrava a Interlaken, causando disagi al ritorno), mancanza di aiuto al trasporto dei bagagli all'arrivo e alla partenza |
