Breakfast was good

It was unbelievably hot throughout the hotel. Room was extremely small and uncomfortable. Not Swiss q quality that I am used to at all!! This is the only area in Switzerland that will charge you dearly for tap water and ice. Makes no sense to me and as a result I would recommend that tourists avoid Interlaken or simply drive through if you are that interested. The only real draw is the Jungfrau train which will cost you a minimum of 200 Swiss Francs pp if you don't take a packed lunch with you. With the amount of natural resources available to all of Switzerland...It is insane to charge your tourists for tap water !

The location, reception uheck early check in and buffet breakfast along with the service of dining staff during breakfast.

Not granting our request to have another married couple traveling with us to stay on the same floor despite showing vacant rooms on our floor indicated by the room key exchange system of the hotel. The room decor and furnishings are antiquated and this dictated a poor ambience during our stay.

The breakfast buffet wasnt good enough. The facility in the room was not good enough , the elevator stopped in the middle when we were going to our room.

Well positioned for the town and restaurants, railway and boats. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable with good bathroom and balcony to enjoy the view of the mountains. Staff were very friendly and professional. Tourist information available and ability to purchase tickets for Jungfrau and other places was useful and saved time when going out. Continental breakfast provided a good choice and was enjoyable. Limited free car parking but a nice gift when we left. Visit to find out what it was.

Excellent welcoming staff. Superb food. Large pleasant swimming pool.

The room lacked air conditioning and was hot. Opening the doors to the balcony meant there was traffic noise in the morning.

The front desk staff were very friendly. They met my requests for them to store my backpack and be allowed to use the pool change room to change in the early afternoon after checking out.

For such a nice hotel their bathroom towels were of a lower quality compared to the mid-range North American hotels I frequent as a business traveller. I would recommend that they upgrade to thicker bath towels if possible.

The hotel is great! Good breakfast, very close to the city centre, comfortable room, and the staff are very friendly.

The bathroom is too dark, therefore very clean.

前台的阿姨非常贴心，我们住了两天，第三天一早需要赶六点的火车，结果她主动帮我们把第三天的早饭在第二天- 晚上就跟我们打包好了，非常丰盛，下次来，还会住这里。 另外，这边的早餐还可以自己煎蛋，呵呵，小秀了把厨艺，吃到热腾腾的煎鸡蛋，真好啊。

J'ai trouvé l'accueil vraiment très chaleureux et le personnel parlait français, ce qui est appréciable et n'est pas toujours le cas Nous reviendrons et recommandons cette adresse, hôtel très calme tout en étant proche du centre d'Interlaken
