The clocks went backwards and I got the time wrong for breakfast. I was too late but the waitress served me breakfast, and I thought that was very courteous. In fact, the courtesy of all the staff was outstanding. Nice hot showers too. I could hear a generator (?) at the back which kept me awake on the second night |

I liked the style of the room. I thought it was value for money. The staff were excellent nothing was too much of a problem. I asked if we could get second pillows and the receptionist was at the door within 15 minutes. The breakfast was excellent and again value for money |

The room was comfortable and very clean. The staff on the front desk were very welcoming and friendly. The location of the hotel was superb for us as we arrived by train to Lucerne They do not serve alcohol |

nice Hotel, nicely renovated, nice and helpfull staff, nice, big and clean room, asked for a smoking room and got it and no bad smell in the room (as often with smoking rooms), vending machines on the floor, you can open the windows, good location, tea and coffee in the room, ... no minibar in the room but as there are vending machines on the floor it was not really a problem ... |

Friendly and helpful staff, central location, very nicely renovated and furnished room and car parking available Internal bathroom (no natural light) had inadequate lighting. Position of shower head much too low. Should have another position higher on the wall. |

The hotel is in good location, near the train station and the Chapel bridge. The room is very small but clean and reasonably priced. Breakfast is good. The bathroom is very small, the shower took a long time to warm up and the water was not really warm. |
