The rooms were good, the sauna good, the parking good The manager's attitude was appalling.The pool is not available to guests at all times, there are private clubs who use it thus making it inaccessible to normal guests. His attitude was not good at all. The hotel, is, overall not 4 star. Very expensive food around 40 euros for a main course. |

The swimming pool looked good, although the sauna was only opened in the late afternoon. The furniture was all from the 1970s and the whole place looked like it could do with up-dating. Certainly not a 4* hotel. The walls were paper thin in the bathrooms and you could here everything said next door. The parking was full so we had to park elsewhere. Very expensive for what you get. |

The barman was really nice (we arrived very late and he's been really helpful . Good spa and good swimming pool. We were surprised by the fact that even if the lady at the reception knew we were from Italy, she went on speaking English, and proposed us just at the payment of the room to speak Italian. Not very nice, actually. |

Fantastic view of Lake Constance from dining room, but bedroom balconies face hillside Breakfast was mean - limited selection; the hotels heating appeared to be on despite the fact it was 30c outside & our bedroom was small. Staff not very friendly. Restaurant ludicrously expensive for very ordinary food. Not much to do in the village. |

山の中腹なので，レストランからのボーデン湖が絶景。プールもよかった。 Located halfway up the mountain, splendid view from hotel restaurant. Swimming pool was nice. 道の表示が「Walzenhausen Hotel」との記載だったので，わかりにくかった。子供は無料宿泊だったが，朝食１４フラン取られた。T- he sign on the way was described not as "Walzenhausen Swiss Quality Hotel" but as "Walzenhausen Hotel". Children with no extra beds are free to stay, but charged breakfast 14 CHF. This information could be informed in advance. |

Very courteous and helpful staff.Good views from restaurant. Quiet location. Bar was closed on sunday and monday eve, found out after a long day driving. Offered a drink anyway, on sofas near reception. |

la struttura è graziosa e si può godere di un buon paesaggio. non consigliabile se si decide di trascorrere più giorni e visitare città limitrofe.. non è logisticamente comodo. ma per una notte o due si fa.. |

酒店在山上，可以俯瞰整个博登湖，和山脚的镇子，很美。酒店在浴室提供了浴盐，可以泡澡，酒店早餐不错。风- 景很美，酒店门口有班车，方便。但还是自驾最好，要用GPS，否则山上小路繁多，不太好找。 没有什么缺点。稍微有点贵，但是酒店档次比较高。有游泳池和景观餐厅。服务人员有个年轻的小姐很傲慢。有个- 年纪大的女士非常热情。不能开窗，牛粪味道很重，但是跟酒店无关，哈哈 |

Fijne spa, mooie kamers, comfortabele bedden, fantastische douche, lekker eten, efficiënte bediening, mooi uitzicht. Sommige personeelsleden aan receptiebalie kenden geen woord Engels. Probleem met restaurantrekening : te veel aangerekend voor diner, omdat onderdelen van menu apart in rekening werden gebracht ipv als geheel. Hebben dit naar tevredenheid kunnen regelen. Misschien moet menu toch beter worden uitgelegd (men krijgt blijkbaar kleinere porties als men een "menu" kiest) |

Apprezzabile la tranquillità notturna, la stanza era abbastanza spaziosa, gli arredamenti recenti, peccato manchi il bidè..... Forse un po' più di attenzione ai dettagli in merito alla pulizia delle stanze: abbiamo trovato un paio di ragni con relative ragnatele che il personale avrebbe dovuto vedere |
