owner is very friendly, but doesn't know English much. Room is quite big and clean. we thought it is 10km away from Zermat, but actully it is 50km driving distance away from Zermatt. |

Cozy, clean, and quiet rooms. The hotel staff is very friendly. On top of looking after the hotel the staff is also running a restaurant (within the same building) which serves very good food and is not overpriced at all. Location of the hotel is also a plus - only 5 min walk from the cable car going to Hochsaas. |

Really friendly manager/hostess, very helpful. Offered us refreshments on our arrival after a long journey to get to Sass Grund. Definately recommend to anyone looking for hotel in the area of Zermatt. A bit disorganised with which rooms were assigned to us. Part of the group were sent to another hotel. |

Die Bedienung war sehr professionell und in allen Bereichen perfekt. Wir können das Hotel sehr gut weiterempfehlen. Die Pächterin versteht ihr Handwerk und ist sehr kommunikativ. Es gibt echt nichts auszusetzen!! |

La atención del personal, Muy buena la cocina, Habitaciones comodas con todo lo que se necesita incluyendo internet gratis, Parqueo gratis para los vehiculos, Buen bar y snack y la ubicación esta cerca de todos los puntos de atracción. Si, lo que no me gusto fue quedarme solo dos días¡¡¡ Una critica constructiva para todos los hoteles: los menus y las cartas de vinos tienen que ser por lo menos en dos idiomas. |

Sa situation,la qualité du service et la gentillesse du personnel aussi bien a l'hotel qu'au restaurant. Nous avions un balcon, mais sans séparation entre les autres chambres = libre passage, c'est dommage. |

Buitengewoon vriendelijk en attent personeel, ruime, nette kamer met infraroodcabine, centraal in Saas-Grund gelegen, restaurant is goed. Mineur kritiekpuntje: het balkon, dat over de gehele lengte van het huis loopt, is niet per kamer afgeschermd. |
