Staff were incredibly well prepared and went the extra mile

Rooms may have been a bit larger, but it is not that big an issue

The position is wonderful, the is restaurant excellent, the SPA is very nice and pleasant and the staff very nice.

The room was nice but quite small (the measures however were correctly reported at reservation). The architecture of the building is very nice and innovative, the atmosphere however is a little cold and impersonal, something is missing!

Every detail in the whole Omnia-concept was honest and of high quality; staff, food, materials and details and colours of the interior, service, spa, view of the town from hot tub, the library with excellent selection of books, and Astrid in the spa department!

Stayed before 2 years ago. I like the ambience of a small boutique Hotel. The staff was extremely friendley and accomodating.

Excellent service by helpful and thoughtful staff. From pick up at rail station to check out they were a quiet friendly achieving team and the welcome drink and personal tour of the hotel facilities plus the personal note from the manager evidenced their attention to guests. Facilities (Bose sound system in room, Tempur mattress and pillows, steam, sauna and swimming pool etc ) were excellent. Certainly a great experience to stay at the Omnia and would recommend it and certainly stay again if visiting Zermatt. May seem expensive but then Switzerland generally is and this place is worth the expense.

Nothing to dislike - perhaps only shortcoming was lack of free drinking water in the bedroom.

The Omnia is a great hotel. Tremendous staff, unique architecture, great health club, fine breakfast and tremendous location in Zermatt. Expensive (as is everything in Zermatt) but worth it. A special place.

The Omnia is an example to be followed. Everything is taken care of to the details. The staff is polite and always ready to serve and help you. Don't miss the breakfast; it's wonderful.

The hotel was amazing in design, cleanliness, convenience, and great food. But most important, everyone who works there was professional, and made my wife and I feel special, welcome, and appreciated.

Everything! (And I've been to many hotels around the world) The design, comfort, food and service were simply divine. We were an extended family, 3 generations spanning from age 6 to 68 and all had a great time! We shall surely return

We have no real comments, so just trying our luck here :) Could you please offer the amazing whole wheat bread served over dinner at breakfast too? We loved it! Could we get those little chocolates at our room every eve? (we were treated on the first and last night)?

The Omnia is a fantastic choice for a stay in Zermatt. The hotel and spa were way above average and the team took amazing care of us. A big thank you to Phillippe Clarinval the Managing Director and his team for making this a great place to stay!

An awful, uncharming hotel. The newspapers from yesterday, the poorly working free wifi and the rude staff made this stay the worst I have ever experienced in what was supposed to be a 5 star hotel. Zermatt is a very nice village, and there are several very well established 5 star hotels there like for example the Zermatter Hof. Stick to the established ones and your stay will be enjoyable. The Omnia has "policys" in with only one purpose: To make as much money as possible. And since the hotel was almost empty, I assume they need these policys. But the policys they have are not stricter than that if they can make a hefty charge, the "policy" can be put aside......Pathetic. I have stayed in many of the worlds finest hotels, and the Omnia is the only one to have ever recieved a negative review from me.

badrum för litet, duschkabin läckte ut vatten på golvet vilket innebar att en stor del av badrumsgolvet blev blött.

-Al director le queda muy grande el puesto -Servicio de limpieza muy vago -Cenamos un día el menú degustación y mal. -Me rompió una laca de uñas roja en el baño y el director quería que pagara el cambio de baldosas. Le tuve que explicar como se limpiaba la laca de uñas a la de la limpieza y a él. increible!!!!! Solo por este, pero más que suficiente, detalle no volveré.

Le matelas trop dur à mon goût

Hospedar-se no The Omnia é uma experiência incrível desde a chegada na estação de trem, quando vão te buscar com aqueles carros elétricos, até sua saída, com a entrega de uma caixinha com bombons de chocolates para sua próxima viagem.Acessar as dependências do hotel ou o seu próprio quarto entrando numa caverna onde portas se abrem a cada passo, é muito legal!!!! A localização é perfeita, perto de tudo o que se quiser fazer em Zermatt. O hotel é lindo, encravado numa montanha com uma vista maravilhosa para o Materhorn. Há uma garrafa com bourbon no quarto, (free) pra ser degustado na varanda, com cadeiras cobertas por peles e uma vista maravilhosa. Realmente o hotel é um must.

Essa é a única observação que temos a fazer em relação ao hotel: achamos que o café da manhã não está à altura de um hotel 5 estrelas. A diversidade de produtos é pequena e são poucos tipos de frutas, sucos e pães. Nós brasileiros, acostumados à fartura do café da manhã de nossos hotéis 5 estrelas, estranhamos as poucas opções.
