Extremely uncomfortable hard bed with too soft pillows. Breakfast was average. Expensive dinner in their restaurant with average food.

Room was a little bit hot, maybe there were some adjustments that we did not know how tinkle with. An english "how to" may be helpful

Very nice hotel, a short walk from town at the other end of the lake. The hotel has a modern feel with a comfortable sitting area near the reception area. A modern lift transported us to our spacious room. The bathroom is clean and the shower is very modern. The bed and pillows are exceptionally comfortable. Wide screen T.v with 3 English channels. The subdued lighting in the room made reading a challenge.

WiFi worked in the room, we could send mail but not receive. They said breakfast was included but when we got the bill it was more than we expected indicating that there had been a charge for breakfast, there was also a tax charge that had not been indicated on our 'bookings.com' quote.

Outstanding value for money in very pricey St. Moritz. Rooms on the back side of the hotel, which have windows to the main road of Via Grevas, are very spacious and have a small sofa and coffee table (other rooms may also have this). It makes for a very relaxing stay in the room. The included breakfast was very good and allowed for use of the coffee maker offering a selection of drinks.

At times, service was slow at the bar and at the front desk (particularly when checking out first thing in the morning--no one was there!). Some will not like that the walk into St. Moritz Dorf (main village) is uphill and about 20 minutes, but you get to soak in fantastic views of the lake and mountains while making the journey.

design is very nice, big room, nice views and many balconies. Very friendly and helpful reception, quiet in the evening, good breakfast.

The shower is not very practical. Doesn't close, so water flows everywhere in the bathroom.

Very handy location. Great decor. Very efficient staff.

Quite dark room, bit stuffy.

The decoration, the ambiance, the fact that it's brand new, big and very clean rooms. Breakfast is good. The lady at the reception was new in her job but she compensated it showing interest, customer-orientation, being committed to her job and the satisfaction of the client. She was always very helpful and smiley.

The girl at the breakfast service: angry, unmotivated, and not thinking on her customer's comfort. We were a group of 6 people. 2 of us arrived a bit later to the breakfast, and because she had a table ready in another room, she didn't allow us to sit with our other 4 friends because she had to set up a new table then (set up consisting in a cup, a fork, a knife and a napkin...).

Heated bathroom floor was soo hot I could not stand on it

Good location, very clean and confortable. Breakfast was great! Good value for money considering St. Moritz.

10-15 min. Walking from Center (downtown), but bus stop just in front of the hotel. No view to the lake. No eggs for breakfast.

The Piz has good restaurant especially for dinner. The restaurant is very spacious and can house many guests. The hotel is close to supermarket and well served by public transportation (buses).

The sound isolation is not good. People walked inside the hotel or near the staircases could be heard in midnight and early in the morning.

Excellent fitout with some very modern designs and fixtures

The bathroom was too smal. The food in he restaurant was average.

Very nice location. The lady at the reception is very helpful. We enjoyed our stay in The Piz.The restaurant is very good. Have Penne Arrabiatta. We loved it. If I come back, I will stay here again.

Very modern rooms done to a high standard, location is good for walking into the centre of town.

Hard to spot the hotel as the front is also a Cafe/Pizzeria and there is no signage above the ground floor.
