The friendliness of the staff, the fact we could choose a room, the "feeling well", the fair rate for the room, we could had a "small breakfast" for a lower rate (this is rare in hotels of this category and I tested a lot of hotels..). the fact the they reserved us a corner in the bar for a drink befor the dinner. No arrogance in the whole hotel, .... It would be difficultt to find something we did not like... and this "I did not like" has nothing to do with the hotel itself it is more politic...but it would be nice to have "no smoking" at breakfast and in the restaurant ...smokers could smoke so easely upstairs at the bar.. |

We spent to nights at the hotel while in Lucern and had a brilliant time. Staff was very caring, room (the cheapest one) was on the 5th floor with nice view over the city. Location is perfect - we could go everywhere on foot. I really recommand this place to anyone who like modern architecture! |

Es un hotel maravilloso y el personal encantador, joven, profesional y entusiasta. Las habitaciones son espectaculares, nunca había estado en un hotel como este. Cuando lo conoces entiendes por qué se llama "el hotel". Nada. Todo ha sido inmejorable. |

Alles bis auf die Badewanne. Da hätte ich lieber eine Dusche. Sonst alles perfekt! Anstatt der Badewanne hätte ich lieber eine große Dusche |

Son design et la qualité de service, le personnel agréable, efficace et la localisation de l'Hôtel dans un quartier calme et proche du centre dommage qu'il n'y ait pas un service SPA / Massage au sein de l'hôtel voire la possibilité de massage en chambre |

Très bien situé, quartier tranquille. Hôtel étonnant de par son originalité (architecture d'intérieur, aménagement et équipement des chambres, matériaux utilisés). Excellente cuisine à leur restaurant le Bam Bou et petit-déjeuner copieux. Personnel très professionnel, très aimable, stylé et impeccable. |
