As usual, top level front desk staff, unbelievably professional and friendly. As usual, too, I stayed for dinner at the hotel's own Asian/fusion restaurant downstairs. Lovely food & service again (but please do leave guests their choice of table if the place is nearly empty - and will stay so for the rest of the evening, due to low season ;o) ). A slight loss of excellency at the bar/lounge. Unwinding at the end of the work day with some loungey background music and a drink or two is difficult while the headwaiter (?) is holding a loud and endless monologue speech to one guest sitting at the bar (instead of being attentive to potential new orders by other guests).

We loved the Park location within a few minutes from the Lake. We also enjoyed the ambience n the room and the magnificent service. The restaurant staff was attentive and the black cod with lemon risotto spectacular. We would stay there again should we be traveling to Lucerne. Regards The lack of pool or at least a Spa room.

Location was not bad and the interiors were nice I don't think the hotel deserves the 5 starts rating simply because of the lack of the facilities usually available in 5 stars like pool and spa. The hotel was good but I don't think it was worth what we paid for it

One of those hotels that changes the prespective of the city, that makes it cool to be in Luzern. Next to the hotel, just 1 min walk in the park next door, a nice outdoor cafe. Not just a room to sleep, but lot more.

The hotel staff was the best i have ever experienced, they were always smiling and trying to make your stay more comfortable. location was as you can get, 2 mins walk to schwizerhof hotel where all the riverside restaurants and bars and boat rides are, 1 min to hauptbahnof and a park in front of the hotel where you can play chess with your son or walk with your wife. Bars all round the park.

The hotel staff are very helpful, and attend immediately to my request. The room is quite spacious. I will definitely stay in The Hotel again if I go to Luzern.

Ligging uitstekend. Parkeerplaats voor het hotel. Prima bed. Ongelooflijk vriendelijk personeel. De kamer is erg design dat gaat wat ten koste van de sfeer. De stoel die er staat nodigt ook absoluut niet uit om te gaan zitten.

Sehr aufmerksamer Service, geschmackvolle Zimmer, Hotel vom berühmten Architekten Jean Nouvel designed, ausgezeichnetes und empfehlenswertes Restaurant "Bam Bou", Hotel nur wenige Gehminuten von Bahnhof und KKL entfernt. Zu laute Musik von der Hotelbar während des Essens im Restaurant, Lärm der Besucher der Disco/des Clubs in Hotelnähe (fragen Sie nach einem ruhigen Zimmer, dann ist das kein Problem.)

Eine Nacht unter einer Szene aus "Der letzte Tango in Paris" in einem (sehr guten) Bett mit Edelstahlrahmen. Das Zimmer ganz in Orange mit schönem Holzboden, Riesen-Fenster, scharlach-rot leuchtenden Nachttischen, Riesen-Fernseher mit DVD-Player und schnellem, kostenlosen WLAN-Anschluss... Da könnte man/frau direkt vergessen, dass die wunderschöne Stadt Luzern auch noch einiges mehr zu bieten hat. Das Nachtessen im Bambou war übrigens auch sehr gediegen - und ausgezeichnet. Schade, eine (kleine) Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer haben wir sehr vermisst. Eine solche gab's jetzt schon mehrere Male in zum Teil erheblich preiswerteren Hotels.

Un hôtel très design et original avec un personnel et des prestations parfaites. L'originalité et le design des chambres (plafond entièrement recouvert d'une image de film...). Le restaurant Bambou est fantastique et mérite largement ses étoiles au Gault & Millau. Le petit-déjeûner entièrement servi à table était de très haute qualité. Beaucoup apprécié que ce ne soit pas un buffet. Petite attention dans la chambre : une écuelle et un tapis pour mon chien ! Dans l'ensemble, tout le personnel était très sympathique et efficace. J'y retournerai sans hésiter ! J'ai tout aimé !

Ausstattung, Ambiente, Design Die Raumtemperatur war viel zu hoch und liess sich nicht senken. Auch im Alternativzimmer, wo es anfänglich weniger warm war, stieg die Temperatur rasch auf 24 ° C an. Das war sehr unangenehm.
