It is close to the theater, the Kunsthaus and the opera. Orsons Gourmet restaurant serves Mediterranean and international cuisine. Orsons Küche.de offers traditional German dishes and beer. Meals are also served in the summer garden. A daily changing 3-course menu and various dishes of the day are served for lunch. All sights and attractions including the Bahnhofstrasse and the banking district are easily reachable by foot. The next public transportation stop is only 500 ft away. The staff was very courteous and very helpful. The service was very good. The restaurant food was good and it was a very good luxury boutique hotel and was very accessible to any part of the city due to great public transportation system in Zurich. The bath tub had the shower facility but had only half curtain, therefore, it was a challange to have shower and make sure your bathroom floors do not get wet! Other than this, it was great hotel and great value for a botique luxury hotel.

The rooms are spacious and well-furnished. Excellent location, ten to fifteen minutes walk from the town centre, with a tram stop very close. Reasonable price for Zurich, which is an expensive city. One of the main reasons I chose this hotel was that it offered in-room computers so I did not need to take my laptop. However, the Internet connection was quite slow at times, and one day failed completely. I realise this is probably beyond the hotel's control, but if it is a recurrent problem it really needs to be sorted out.

Normalerweise schlafe ich auch in Luxushotels nicht besonders gut. In Ihrem Hotel habe ich aber so gut geschlafen, wie ich sonst nur zu Hause schlafen kann. Absolute Ruhe trotz zentraler Lage, ausgezeichnete Betten, Daunenkissen und Daunendecken, einfach super. Ganz herzlichen Dank. Ich werde in Zukunft immer in Ihr Hotel absteigen, wenn ich in Zürich übernachten muss. Eine Nespressomaschine im Zimmer wäre toll

Es ist ein ganz wunderschönes Hotel. Es gibt ganz hübsche antike Möbel und großartige unveränderte antike Artefakte. Es ist nicht überrestauriert und hat seinen ursprünglichen Charme behalten. Die Mitarbeiter waren ganz zauberhaft und haben mir absolut jeden Wunsch erfüllt. Im Gegenteil zu vielen anderen Hotels die ich in Zürich kenne fühlt man sich als Gast ernst genommen und willkommen. Zu keinem Zeitpunkt fühlt man sich ausgebeutet (wie ich es sonst schon oft erlebt habe). Gemessen an dem was einem geboten wird, sind die Preise sicher angemessen, auch wenn es für uns aus Deutschland zur Zeit alles recht teuer ist. Dort habe ich gerne bezahlt.

Die Lage in einem ruhigen gepflegten Viertel. Das Personal teilweise nicht kompetent. Frühstück aufs Zimmer ohne Besteck und Serviette. Oberflächliche Zimmerreinigung - Schmutz auf Teppich bleibt liegen, Handtücher werden nicht vollständig ersetzt. Ausflug gebucht, keinen Voucher übergeben. Etc....

Das Hotel stellt leider nur die Bilder der schönsten Zimmer ins Netz. Wir hatten wohl das älteste Zimmer mit einem kleinen DB für 2 Personen - meiner Tochter und mir und einer Decke.Auch ein Nachtportier war nicht in der Lage uns eine 2. Decke zu geben. Wir haben für 3 Nächte 570 Euro bezahlt ohne Frühstück. Das Preis -Leistungsverhältnis ist total überzogen.
