The Claridge Swiss Quality Hotel Zürich is in a quiet location in the center of the city and features cozy rooms with free internet access, free parking and a terrace. It is close to the theater, the Kunsthaus and the opera. The restaurant Orsons Gourmet serves Mediterranean and international cuisine, enjoyed out in the garden in summer. La posizione a pochissimi minuti dal lago è ottima. Ma nello stesso tempo fuori dal caos della città. Per la street parade (evento musicale di massa) è un hotel strategico per la posizione. Staff molto gentile e anche molto disponibile. Regalo di benvenuto e sconto di 15.- chf per mangiare nel ristorante vicino. La camera non era all' altezza di un Hotel 4 stelle. Cavi della corrente fissati con chiodini sugli zoccolini tra muro - pavimento e a volte pendevano perché mancavano chiodi di fissaggio, non tanto bello come estetica. La chiave elettronica della camera (trasponder), non è centralizzata con le luci e vari accessori della camera. Televisore di vecchia generazione e piccolo (ancora con tubo catodico). La porta della camera, anche se chiusa, aveva gioco di qualche millimetro non essendo ermetica al 100% e durante la notte, con le correnti d'aria, si muoveva provocando rumore. Il condizionatore, rumoroso e non raffreddava molto. L' armadio, molto bello, stile 14° secolo scricchiolava nella notte.

スタッフの対応が、フロントだけでなく、すべてのスタッフがフレンドリーで、ホテル全体としての方針が徹底- されていると感じ、とても感じが良かった。部屋は、施設そのものは新しい建物ではないものの、清掃が行き届- き、補修が、きちんと行われ、必要なものはすべてそろっていた。そして何よりも、インターネットが無料で使- 用でき、日本の情報がすべて入手できたのは、大変ありがたかった。チェックアウトの際にアンケートの申し出- があったが、これらの意見をもとに、常に、改善を試みているようで、このような姿勢に大変好感を持った。 勝手を言えば、中心部から少し離れており、周りにお店などが皆無で、この点に関しては不便であった。

الفندق يقع على مقربة من زيورخ القديمة يعني تقريبآ من 10 الى 15 دقيقة مشي على الأقدام, لديهم هدوء وغرف نظيفه والتنظيف يومي, أيضآ يوجد لديهم مكيفات بالغرف, ويوجد مواقف سيارات ليست مجانية وبالفنق جلسة خارجية رائعه بها طاولات لطلبات مطعم الفنق والذي يقدم أطباق لأ بأس بها وخاصة أطباق المشوي سواء دجاج أو لحم والتي يقومون بشويها أمامك وبهذه الجلسة شاشة تلفزيون كبيرة جدآ لمتابعة المباريات او مشاهدة برامج أخرى, موظفي الأستقبال بشوشين ومتعاونين ويحاولون يقدمون أي خدمة للنزيل, يقع الفندق بمنطقة هادئة جدآ وليس بها أزعاج. سعره غالي ويعتبر الفندق ليس بالفخم أو الجديد وما أتوقع أسكن فيه مرة اخرى. وعملو حركة ما حبيتها منهم وهي بأني حاجز لمدة اﻷقامة بما يقارب 4000 ريال وتم خصمها قبل وصولي بيوم وهذا شي طبيعي لكن الغريب عند عمل تسجيل خروج من الفندق صار عندي مبلغ زيادة وهو قيمة مياة شرب طلبو مني البطاقة وتوقعت بأنهم سوف يسحبون مبلغ المياة فقط لكن الغريب بأنهم سحبو مبلغ اﻷاقامة مرة ثانية مع الزيادة وما انتبهت الا من رسالة البنك على الجوال وانا واقف عندهم وقلتلهم ليش ؟؟؟ قالو المبلغ اللي حجزناه أول كنسلناه واللي سحبناه الآن هو حسابنا ,, وطبعآ علشان يرجع المبلغ الذي كنسلوه الى بطاقتك اﻷئتمانية يبيلك تردد ياليل مطولك لأنك يمكن ترجع من السفر قبل يرجع وما تستفيد منه.

Goede locatie en prima eten. De kamer was ietwat verouderd. Er was een glazen douchewand die niet goed bleef zitten waardoor je klem zat tussen douche gordijn en douchewand.

уютное тихое месторасположение в непосредственной близости к центру. номер твин - просторный и уютный. перебрались из стандартного, который был тесноват. кондиционер сильно гудит и не настраивается на автоматический режим.шланг в душе неисправен.портье на рецепции вымогает чаевые.если рассчитываетесь картой-будьте внимательны, пинкод вводить не надо, а он под видом пинкода подсовывает терминал и просит типсы(пожилой мужик в парике), а девушки нормальные. и ресторан не работает в воскресенье и праздники. 4 звезды, но ни халатов ни тапочек нет!

понравилось почти все - тихо, спокойно (оставили случайно вечером на коляске около стойки регистрации сумку с документами - так и провисела спокойно до утра, отель небольшой и уютный, утром под окнами птицы поют, в номере все необходимое, даже компьютер . очень удобные подушки и матрас. вежливый и всегда готовый помочь персонал был бы чуть ближе к центру - цены бы ему не было. дорогие завтраки - 13 франков континентальный в номер и 28 - в ресторане отеля, хотя судя по описанию (горячие блюда и шампанское) он того стоит - в швейцарии везде дорогая еда.

Schönes Zimmer und freundlicher Service. Das Frühstück war i.O. aber das Abendessen enttäuschend. Das Restaurant hat keine Atmosphäre. Service sosolala und das Essen mundete uns nicht.Preis/Leistungsverhältnis schlecht wie beim letzten Aufenthalt.
