Excellent location for business and leisure, excellent restaurant, close to everything, friendly and helpful staff, best room: Studios with wonderful roof terrace! Parking is difficult in the area.

We had a beautiful studio with a spacious Terrace. Wonderful for morning coffee and Yoga! And evening drink! The restaurant is excellent, the decoration Tiffany! Staff most friendly and helpful!

General ambiance. Courtesy and attentiveness of hotel staff. Well sized and appointed rooms. Including your own Nespresso machine and a good interface for media tv etc. Very good breakfast. Nothing to mention

We like this hotel very much. It's comfortable, cosy, charmining place to relax. The interior's settled completly in romantic stile moderno full of natural colours and forms. It's very convenient location just round the corner of main Geneve street. The stuff speaks English and is ready to cope with all your problems. I hope to book this place once again to spent more days in Geneve. Sergey Larin. Nothing.

Amazing room: quiet, spacious, big comfortable bed with satin linen. Nespresso machine in the room. We stayed in a Deluxe room. Very friendly and helpful staff We had a dinner there that was much below the average level. My wife ordered tagliatelle that smelled like horse stable. My chicken was ok. Sometimes wifi didn't work.

Marie.., the recepcionist at the hotel.., what an asset helpful and amicable, gave as good advise.Always smiling. The room cleaners good workers! The hotel location good. The Swiss prices all over the city: Very very fat...Fat Banker's city!

This hotel is convenient for the old city and close to the University. It has restaurants nearby and is also close to two tram lines. This hotel is therefore within very easy reach of nearly everywhere you may want to visit in Geneva. We took the 12 tram to Carouge and also enjoyed time by the Lake. It is cheaper to have breakfast at one of the nearby Cafes so we did not eat at the Hotel at all. We also thought free wi Di was a bonus as some hotels charge for this. We would definitely stay here again and would hope to get cheaper rates as next time it will be over a weekend to obtain cheaper rates. The Patek Philippe Museum is a few blocks away and is absolutely wonderful. Much better than the floral clock. The exhibits are numerous and stunning. Seems odd it is not publicised more. A bit expensive and furnishings in public areas at reception are dull. Room was great though!

Super friendly staff, girl on the reception made an upgrade to a better room without asking her about it. Great breakfast, nice design of the hotel. Room wasn`t clean when we came back at 14.00, no possibility to make tea or coffee in the room

The staff were really helpful and friendly. The room was very clean nice and spacious. The location of the hotel was very good, walking distance to river, lake and shops If you like the hustle and bustle of a city hotel, you may not like the location it is in a financial area, but this is small and doesn't take long at all to get to the rest of the city
