The staff was very friendly and provided us with an extra bed for our child (free of charge). On the phone before our stay, the staff gave excellent information about bus services. The room was nice, quiet, good breakfast. |

good breakfast with reasonable time. Close to the bus station (No.2 and 3) and metro station (~10 min. walking). No air-conditioning system and close to the next building. Also small room even if twin bed room. |

All the staff at this hotel were most helpful and friendly. We got upgraded to a lovely spacious suite which we didnt expect. Great location. In a quiet area not far from the Centre, but walking distance to old town, restaurants and shops. Was very clean. Even though there was no airconditioning, they provided us with 2 x fans which we were grateful for. |

the breakfast The hotel staff did not inform us about a certain problem with the room we got at arrival. Instead, without any information in advance, they moved all our belongings to another room during our absence. |

Central location. Allowed to use free internet in bar. Staff seemed to want to make us happy at each interaction. Private parking was 1.8M, but taller open lot was about 1km away. |
