Hotel was clean, fairly conveniently located, & a good three star hotel. Breakfast was very good, and the public transport travel pass included in the price was useful. The hotel is very overpriced. It's a good 3 star hotel, but the prices are very much over the top. If the price had been lower my review would have been better, as would my stay at the hotel - it irks when you know you're overpaying. A shame

Pleasant staff and reasonable value for Switzerland - not very central but on tram route to station. Rooms rather small, particularly for 3 people - no tea and coffee facilities in room.

Had a pleasant stay. The location is good. The hotel has an underground parking which is convenient and it was easy to get to the centre of town with the free bus pass. The staff was friendly and helpful. I also liked the free internet.

Very Calm Neighbourhood. Nice view from the balcony (my room was on a high floor). Close to public transport stops. I also liked the map they gave me when I arrived. Bed not adequate (not long enough) for tall people.

I was thrilled to get an upgrade to a suite with a fine view over the city and lake. It was a bit noisy during the night and, with a room right under the roof, quite hot.

I did a Europe round trip with my children aged of 12 and 15. Accoeding to their opinion which is also mine, Lausanne Tulip Inn was by far the best choice we had done compared to other locations! Thank you

Very generously sized duvets. Very helpful reception staff. Room on rear/side of building where no road passes, so it was quiet. Good-sized private underground car park. Clean and adequately equipped room with easily opening window and good thick blackout curtains. Ramp to underground car park at steep angle – problems for spoilers of low cars! Only warm vegetarian option at breakfast was scrambled egg. Breakfast room a bit too bunker-like. Senior breakfast staff slightly intrusive (talking on mobile phone, admonishing junior staff). Bathroom has single washbasin with limited space to put things. No restaurant in the hotel – so no convenient option for eating in. Hotel does not take Diners Club card.

Gutes 3Sterne Hotel mit freundlichem Personal, saubere kleine Zimmer. Wir haben gut geschlafen. Das Hotel liegt im Zentrum aber sehr ruhig, weil es in einer Wohngegend ist. Das Frühstücksbuffet war gross für ein 3 Sterne Hotel war es toll.

Un hôtel irréprochable à tous les niveaux, y compris au niveau du petit déjeuner. Du haut niveau à un prix acceptable pour ce niveau de confort. Pour les repas, il est nécessaire de prévoir une petite marche de 10 minutes .... ce qui est bon pour se mettre en appétit !

“The hotel was in the city centre very close to the station so it made day trips from Lausanne very easy but it was not noisy. They had a lovely garden with tables set out under trees where we could eat or have a drink. Breakfast was included and was lovely. We were also given a free pass for local transport.
