Rooms were clean but not so spacious...ok for young couple if you just have to sleep there. staff was polite and helpful... I went in July and it was too hot..No AC in any rooms..although staff provided a small table fan in every room which was enough if you sleep after opening the windows for sometime to let the fresh air come inside...Also hotel provides luggage room to keep your stuff but they are not liable for it... |

Great location - about 15 mins walk from train station. There are buses from train station to hotel if u have heavy luggage. The hotel provided a small fan so the room was not as hot as others commented. Not noisy when we opened windows as we did not face main street. There's ice vending machine on alternate floors I think. The shower gel & shampoo was not replaced - we had to ask for them for 3 out of 4 days we stayed. There is no hot water facilities in the room, you have to go to the restaurant to pick it up from an extremely rude waitress. |

I enjoyed my stay at the NH hotel and the staff were very friendly and the room spacious and clean. Beds were very comfortable. My Father in his eighties, stayed in the hotel and was most dissappointed when he did not find hand rails in the bath which we would of thought were a standard feature . |

The room is very clean and comfortable. Free Internet on the first floor is definitely a plus. The hotel is right in central Luzern and of walking distance to points of interests and shopping. The elevators are very small but do not pose any problems during our stay. |

Nice clean tidy hotel enjoyed our stay. understand Switzerland is a cold place, but no Air Con so with all the windows shut to keep the noise the room got quite warm. |

proximity to the city thin walls, next door's TV on loud all night- not much sleep. not much assistance next morning other than moving room- no upgrade offered |

pleasant staff. it's 3 bus stop away from the lucern main train station. therefore, it's too far to walk, too near to take bus. |

The Hotel is really in the city centre, very nice building and rooms suitable to a 3 stars+ hotel. The parking in the hotel is quite expensive and it is very hard to find a parking place for free. Underground car park in the nearby area are less expensive. |

The location of the hotel was the main reason we chose this hotel. It was centrally located to all the major sites and food options. The rooms were clean and the hotel staff very helpful in choosing a restaurant for dinner our first night. The cost of the breakfast. On Sat opted to eat breakfast out (many bakeries nearby with excellent pastries and good coffee) but Sun the places did not open till 9am. Ate breakfast at hotel on Sunday and it is not worth 20Euro. |
