Well located. 10 minutes walk from train station (through the pedestrian area), a few minutes by bus (stopping 1 minutes from hotel). The Burbaki Panorama is next door. Breakfast was not included in room rate. |

Staff were helpful & friendly. Rooms were comfortable & clean. Good eating places around the vicinity, eg Old Swiss House. A little far to walk from the main station especially with all the luggage. Internet connection was not free. |

Good value for money. It was basic but clean and comfortable and not far from the old town. |

A nice and clean place to stay. Though its a 10-15 min walk from the train station, which can be a problem if your luggage is big, but one can easily take a bus to and from the hotel. Some of the attractions in the city are very near to the hotel as well. The only problem I had was trying to find a self-service laundry, which, according to the staff of the hotel, its a 15 min walk away. |

Convenient location within 15 min walk of train station, in central part of city. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rate was competitive for this level hotel in the center of town. My room was quiet with no street noise. WiFi charges were extremely high, therefore I didn't use it. The lack of air conditioning would prevent me from staying there in summer. It was cool outside while I was there, but it was still very warm in the room. Summer must be truly awful. A shame, since this is otherwise a very nice hotel. |

The hotel itself was excellent, I thought that the rooms could have been more updated and designed for comfort. |

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. A space for our car was provided at reasonable cost. Shopping and the attractive, touristic Old Town were a short walk away. |

There was no Electric Jug in the Room for hot water. In all the other Hotels we Stayed Westin Berlin,Sheraton Heathrow,Hotel Borgo di Cortefreda Tuscany and all the Hotels and Motels in Australia have a electric Jug.I think this is part of the service these days.We had to ask on the third day to get the Floor vaccumed. |

Good location - clean and tidy - they provided a fan in the room - lots of places nearby to get a breakfast at a reasonable price (better value than the 20chf charged by the hotel). No air conditioning so unbearably hot on our first night. The staff hadn't bothered to open any corridor windows, so the inside of the hotel was like an oven.Only one glass in the room and they knew they were short so they had just put one in each room. Shower difficult to get the right temperature - took ages. Only one single quilt for a double bed - when we asked for another we were promised one, but the staff 'forgot' so I had to ask again. Phone not working in the room. Cramped room made watching TV impossible unless one person sat on the chair and the other on the floor. Bed linen not changed despite a four day stay. Shower gel not replenished, even when it had all gone and again we had to ask. |

Not too far fm train station, just 10mins walk. Bathroom is big and spacious. There is no air-condition in the room. Thought 3 star hotel should have air-condition especially in hot summer . Felt a bit stuffy when wake up in the morning. Just a small fan insufficient to circulate the whole room. |

Cleanliness, modern design and friendly staff Overall, it was a nice hotel. But there is no A/C or refridgerator in the room. I stayed there in mid August and as my room faced west, I was getting sunset directly in my room, which was really hot. Also, because there is no fridge, I coulodn't cool my bottles water or chocolate! |

The hotel was comfortable and very close to the city attractions. It was hard to find the location when we arrived there. From the train station, take bus# 1 or 19 and I think it is the third stop (Lion something) where you get off. The Hotel banner says "NH Hotel" but you won't be able to see the hotel from the bus stop. Look for the big banner on the side of the street. If you are still having difficulty finding it, ask for burbaki. The hotel is between burbaki and university. Other then having hard time finding it the first day, we liked the hotel. I would say it is nice but bit expensive. We liked it. All the attractions and the restaurants are at the walking distance. |

The Monopol Swiss Quality Hotel is the architecturally most fascinating hotel in Lucerne, resembling Parisian or Viennese palaces of the 19th century, and can be found right at the train station. |
The budget place to stay at the riverside with the mountain view. Our hotel is situated in the old town of Lucerne only a few minutes from the station, the lake and the shopping area. |
The Best Western Hotel Krone is a beautiful "Old Town Hotel" with family atmosphere and comfortable rooms. If you are hungry let yourself be spoiled in the cozy restaurant. |
Situated in lush green surroundings in Seeburg, 3 km from the centre of Lucerne and right on the banks of Lake Lucerne, Hotel Seeburg offers stunning architecture and great views. |
