The friendly and accommodating manner demonstrated by Michael who gave us concise info about how to get to Grindelwald and what we could do there. He also accompanied me to show me how to get to the car park at the rear of the hotel. |

the hotel had all basic amenities which were excellently maintained and well kept. the hotel was just about five minutes walk from the interlaken west station. the most liking feature about the hotel was the extremely cooperative and helping staff. Michael was there to welcome us and to see us off and gave us all necessary tips and information.we felt homely at the hotel all throught out the stay. the breakfast bouffet was good. i feel that for the rates that were charged, the rooms should have been of much better standards (actual three star standards). no free internet facility. |

Michael, at the reception desk, was extremely helpful and provided us with lots of information about the area and things to do during our stay there. The cheese fondue at the restaurant was the best we have eaten during our trip in Switzerland (we ate it 3 times!) Pillows were too soft - not just in this hotel but all the other hotels we stayed in Switzerland. Is soft pillow a Swiss' thing? |

The stay was very pleasent because of the warmth of the owners espescially micheal who spent more than fortyfive mine with us helping us prepRe our iternary and do our bookings for interlaken the warmth of everyone around more than compensated for the little or rather negligible discomfort we felt in our room beacause of no airconditon |

Staff was great and the location is excellent. The rooms were a little outdated from other hotels we stayed at in Switzerland, but it was cozy. |

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable enough. Very near to the town centre where you can just walk to a mini market which opens 7 day a week and to a shopping mall as well as restaurants. Also very near to souvenir shops. The scenery around was so picturesque. |

the location and the staff are really excellent on dealing with quest. they asked me about if I still need a baby cots even without reminding them about it. moreover, one of their staff helped me on getting a useful information about what to do during my stay. they don't have enough car parking for the quest, only 4 parkings. |

The location, the room which was alloted to us (room 302) and the cleanliness of the room. The room had a tiny balcony overlooking the snow peaks. Micheal was very helpful (little straight forward though). Overall, the hotel staff was very good. Its a must consider hotel, when you are evaluating other hotels in Interlaken. The good thing is, they have parking which is not charged. |

The staff was really nice and helpful. Once she had learnt that we would leave the hotel at 6 am, she offered to provide us with a bag of breakfast. Not really but more light should be provided in some other spots in the room. |

We loved the central locality, 5 minute walk to Interlaken West train station and 15 minute walk to Interlaken Ost Station. The staff were really lovely and only too ready to help. Their english was very good and they had a good sense of humour, which we Aussies love. We would have loved to have had a kettle in our room to make a cup of tea or coffee at the end of our day. |

Well looked after, especially when one of our party went AWOL (it was New Year's Eve). Restaurant attached to the hotel is convenient and not bad value. Small bottle of bubbly left for us to celebrate New Year was a nice touch which I have not had in any other hotel at New Year. The Breakfast is basic but acceptable, not clear how you get Tea! The breakfast room would not be big enough to cater for large quantaties of people breakfasting at the same time. |
