Family owners taking a pride in their business, son in particular very helpful with local information. Room carpet badly stained. Female attendant at breakfast needs a basic lesson in the service culture that everybody else that we came across in Switzerland seems to display as second nature. |

The staff were very friendly & multilingual which assisted in our very pleasant stay, the rooms were clean and well maintained and our room had lovely views of the mountains. Due to other review we were apprehensive about staying here, however we were pleasantly surprised and enjoyed our stay, great value for money. |

Very helpful, friendly staff. Mattresses were very firm - maybe an idea to keep a range of mattress toppers to offer additional comfort. |

The hotel is centrally located, at the pedestrian area, in which train stations, restaurants and shops are just at walking distance. The staff with multi language is remarkably friendly and helpful and have demonstrated full support. They have recommended daily trips and best attractions at that region and explained the details of each trip. |

The owners and manager , especially Madam Del Grasso; she helped my wife with some queries on baggage transfer. And the manager; Mr Micheal Del Grasso who went out his way to assist us in our queries and requests. Micheal is very knowledgeable and customer oriented. Very polite and makes you feel at home. We will definitely come and stay again when we can. Very personalised and sincere service. The mattresses are a bit uncomfortable, can do with new ones. Perhaps maybe just our room's?? Plus, we are Muslims, we like to see the hotel create more Muslim edible meat Dishes. Interlaken has vast amounts or Muslim and Arab visitors. They can smartly cash in on this ! |

Hotel Toscana is very well placed in Interlaken, a stone throw away from Interlaken West and 15 mins walk from Interlaken OST, The hotel gave us a free bus card to commute between the station and the hotel. The Hotel is family owned and Mr. Michael the person who runs the hotel went out of his way to help us. He made sure all over bookings for various treks and Jungfrau. |

Very nice family-run hotel with nice people, good value of money and the room are clean and of good sizes.... definitely will stay here next time when i come to interlaken.... 7mins walk from Interlaken west station |

When we reached the hotel, the hotel was locked and we had to call the hotel to get them to open the door. |

nice breakfast room, location...need taxi from train with luggage, all uphill, easy walk to train, all downhill. Desk lady (owner, I think) was not friendly even unattentive. When we arrived (during check in time, which was limited) she wasn't around so we rang the bell on the desk and waited 10 minutes. Noticed she did the same thing in the morning when someone was trying to check out (again during the limited check out time). |
