Its excellent location. I would simply suggest that all 3-4 star hotels have a water heater in the room. Some already have. |

There is no fan or air condition. Stay away from this hotel in summer. Friday & Saturday nights are terrible to sleep with the window open because of the noise from the road. People party on the streets until late. Stay away from the beach area or get a room with fan or AC. By the way "Member of Swiss hotel" means nothing. |

Very nice view of the Neuchatel Lake, quiet zone situated in the downtown, clean rooms and bathroom, good continental breakfast with different choices, helpful and friendly staff, very good restaurant, as a conclusion 'good value for money'. General renovation is needed, including carpets. The elevator is too old, could be interesting to change it with a new one. |

Right on the lakeside, and central. It was one of the cheapest hotels, so we got what we paid for. The room was small. Breakfast was pretty meagre for 15 CHF extra per person. There was a lot of street noise on Friday and Saturday night. (The windows were good and soundproof, but then there was inadequate ventilation.) |

The hotel's location is excellent, but that's all we found positive. The building is quite worn out, both in style as in (guest room) comfort. The receptionist did not make us feel welcome either. Breakfast buffet is just above youth hostel level, and we had to ask for replenishment ourselves. Not recommendable on a price-performance ratio. |

Location, location, location Rooms need desperate refurbishment and a proper clean up. The shower is very very poor and the rooms are very hot. Its an old worn out Hotel wat to expensive for what you get. recommendation, book the Beau Lac Hotel across the harbour, you spent a little bit more but the Hotel is substantially better and has a good restaurant. |

Good reseptionists, very friendly, answered my many questions and solve the problem regarding the payment as we decided to stay shoter period in the hotel than we booked booking.com site. Very small breakfast room (but coffee machine was good). The repair of the rooms should be done and also a dust cleaning. |
