Good reseptionists, very friendly, answered my many questions and solve the problem regarding the payment as we decided to stay shoter period in the hotel than we booked booking.com site. Very small breakfast room (but coffee machine was good). The repair of the rooms should be done and also a dust cleaning. |

Internet access good. No air conditioning. Had to keep window wide open to make things tolerable and outside noise was excessive. Supplies (toilet paper, soap, shampoo) not replenished on second night of stay. No closet. No extra pillow. |

Location close to centre of city. Quietness of room. Excellent breakfast and breakfast room. Very good bathroom. Major weakness is the quality of the matresses. They could be markedly improved |

I loved my room facing out onto the lake and the friendly staff I had trouble with the strong smell of smoke in my room, ( from a previous guest). I was shocked and distressed as I have never encountered this problem anywhere else in Europe or Australia. I realize that Switzerland doesn't have a no-smoking policy in restaurants, but surely hotels should follow health advice from the World Health Organizations? |

Put in a smoking room when a non smoking was requested and there was an adjoining door from my room to the next which meant that tv noise etc travelled too easily and was disruptive. |

The view and location was wonderful, right at the Port where downtown is and a wondeful view of the Alpes and the Lake with really close restaurants and supermakets. Maybe the matress should be replaced for new ones. |
