The budget place to stay at the riverside with the mountain view. Our hotel is situated in the old town of Lucerne only a few minutes from the station, the lake and the shopping area. Most of the rooms have a balcony with a great view into the mountains and on the river. Elevator.

close to main tourist sites, train station, availability of tourist information..,being able to book these at the hotel

women's bathroomquickly became messy with wet floors & full rubbish bins. I know this is due to its users but it was sometimes unpleasant.

I booked a double bed room however they changed it to a four beds dorm room without any notice. I am very disappointed with this hotel. Not suggested.

Nothing much to like, it was as basic as basic could be.

There was no phone, no clock, no t.v in room. I got much better facilities at other hotels for less money. It was almost like a hospital, a room with beds and nothing more.
