Camera pulita, posizione centrale della città, tranquillo

Posizione centrale vicino all'isola pedonale. Pulizia della camera, arredamento e bagno nuovo. Disponibilità della reception alle nostre richieste. Nonostante l'hotel fosse sprovvisto di parcheggio, ci hanno indicato diverse possibilità tra cui quella del parcheggio multipiano ubicato di fronte all'albergo (due giorni 25 €).

Mancanza dell'aria condizionata, al nostro arrivo ci siamo fatti cambiare la camera in quanto in quella assegnata era impossibile respirare anche con le finestre aperte, dato il clima di quei giorni. Balconi trascurati. Biancheria da bagno carente. Sala colazione angusta, nonchè la stessa colazione misera. In definitiva una struttura modesta da 2 stelle e non 3 come segnalato dal sito.

Ottima posizione, camera e bagno grandi e ristrutturati di recente,molto pulito, raccomandabile in inverno.

La mancanza di aria condizionata ci ha costretto a (non) dormire con la finestra aperta: rumore del fiume e del traffico.

le stanza al quinto piano (senza considerare quella senza bagno), sono meno accoglienti delle altre.

Sopratutto l'organizzazione dell'hotel e la cortesia del personale. Piu' il fatto che era molto vicino al centro, pulito anche se senza pretese-

This hotel is very affordable and offers cosy rooms with a reasonable view. I particularly recommend the Garden Studio which is excellent as it's large and very chic indeed. Never thought I would get such great rooms for the price!

I stayed for three nights. This hotel has a good breakfast, clean, comfort room, good view from my room, not so far from public car park, staff hospitality, safety box in the room.

The room rate is relatively expensive, special discount shall be promoted for us next time. The pillow is too soft and we could not sleep well (this is a common comment from the guests, so please change). Car park at the back of the hotel was only available at the last day and the area is too small.

Our window overlooked the bottom part of the Lucerne lake - what a sight! Even though it's not in the Alt Stadt, it is close enough to allow for walking. The staff were very helpfull. The room was comfortable, in an understated way. Our initial feeling was backpacker accommodation - but it was far better than that.

It was a bit of a schlep getting from the station to the hotel, by foot (the road works didn't help), but that was a minor inconvenience, compared to the advantages of the price, location and friendly service.

The location of this hotel is excellent with some rooms overlooking the lake. It is easy to walk to the railway station and to all tourist spots using the very good public transport system. It is a beautiful walk to and from the restaurants in the old part of Luzern. Our room was spacious and very clean with a roomy modern bathroom. the breakfast was adequate without being excessive. Highly recommended for those seeking a clean hotel close to town and at a reasonable rate.

it was very nice to stay in Tourist hotel in Lucerne. the viewpoint of the hotel was so nice. You can enjoy the river views all time. The staffs were so helpful, providing lots of useful information.

Too many sections in the hotel those not related to the hotel, could say it's only half-hotel. The breakfast was not the best.

It's a nice hotel: comfortable, clean and close to the central station and easy for city tour.
