満足した。部屋によって差があるようだが、You are lucky! とレセプションで言われた。188スイスフランで朝食付き、4人部屋でダブルとツイン、シャワー付き、ロイス川に面したバルコニー付きの部屋だった。他は、二段ベッド、共用シャワー、川の見えない部屋もあった。価格については、ルツェルンにおいては、格安と言える。 不満というより、自分で事前に、直接ホテルに確認すべきことだが、予約時のコメントに、車でいくのでホテルの駐車場を使いたいということを書いた。到着時に聞いてみると、「もうない。予約が遅かったから」と言われた。しかし、たまたま日曜日（特定の公共の駐車は無料の曜日）で、近くの朝7時まで無料の駐車できるところを紹介してくれた。一度駐車できても、一度車を出したら、また次に空いているかどうかは保証されていないが、おかげで事なきを得た。 |

ドアや窓の密閉性が悪く、近隣の声やドアを閉める音がうるさい上に、虫が窓の隙間から入ってきて気持ち悪かった。 朝食は、他の人の書き込みほどよくはなかった。値段相応？ |

We were upgraded from a room to a whole apartment with three bedrooms, kitchen ,dining and balcony and a view to die for. The hotel was practically empty so they gave us the upgrade for the same price. It was fantastic since the first day was rainy and we stayed in the room. We walked every where from the hotel. Our last night was spent sitting on our balcony, drinking wine seeing the sunset. |

Great location close to historic city center, very friendly staff/reception. Perfect for young travelers touring thru Europe or for short stay. It's more like a budget hotel so don't expect luxury. Shared bathroom, no TV, but breakfast was OK. |
