Tourist Hotel

スタッフの方が非常に親切で、色々と街の情報を教えてくれありがたかったです。街の地図も大活躍！内装や色- 遣いはPOPでSIMPLE。３人でしたが広々としていて良かったです。同じビルには大学の研究室？も入っ- ているようで、自分の印象としては、どことなく学生寮もしくはユースホステルの豪華版といった感じがしまし- た。朝食はバリエーションも多く充実していました！美味しかったです。（乳製品がやはり！）あと、部屋のT- Vチャンネルが沢山入って感動しました！駅からは少し遠いものの、徒歩で不可能な距離ではありません。（荷- 物も少なかったですし･･･）街並みを見ながら来ることができ、またこのホテルを取らなければ市内観光の範- 囲が広がらなかったかなと思います。

眺め重視で川沿いの部屋をリクエストし希望通りして頂けたのですが、”大量の虫（beaucoup de petites betes）”が川付近に飛んでいて、部屋まで入り込んで来ていたので、まず虫退治と、せっかくの窓も開け- られず暑い思いをしたのが大変残念でした。これがなければ、普通に快適に泊まれるホテルかと思いますが･･- ･部屋自体は大変清潔で特にバスルームはスタイリッシュです！－なだけに残念。クレジットカードにて支払う- 場合は手数料3%が発生というのもマイナス点かと思います。とにかく虫が居なければ、評価は大分違ったかと- 思います。

とても清潔でした。３人部屋を当ててもらえたので、広さは十分でした。机やスタンドもあり、照明が明るかっ- たのもよかったです。シャワースペースもトイレも広めで快適です。駅から歩いても１５分程度ですが、荷物が- あるならバス９番を利用すると便利です。

不満というほどではありませんが、ホテルの裏に坂があり、私たちの部屋（３階）はちょうど同じ高さになるの- で人が通ると多少気になりました。それ以外はとてもよかったです。

The lady at reception (Margaret) was nice and offered good suggestions of the city attraction.

Breakfast is a bit simple

I asked for quiet room and was given a separate appartment at the back of the hotel...fantastic

Great location in an old part of town, we had a lovely river view with balcony. Very helpful staff- advised us re visit to Mt Pilatus and best place for Swiss meal- both highlights of our trip. Car parking at rear- easy walk to city. Good breakfast provided.

Although the room was an excellent renovation- sound proofing in walls did not block out all the noise from next room. As always we miss not having a kettle in the room for tea making.

the room was big enough for 2 adults and 2 kids. enough space for some playing for the kids. breakfast was okay for the several mornings. not too much, but okay for us.

parking is a little problem. we stayed with some family and were charged for the parking spot of the hotel, which we didn't use at all. but my family w/ same last name did. they say it wasn't charged, but there was clearly "parking" on the bill, which they said was "tax". which is -i think- still not true, cause the tax was already on the bill. it was 18CHF, so whatever... not worth fighting for.

the hotel is close to historical center of city, a lot of shops and restourants, a railway station is also just few munits by feet, bathroom equipment

The fascade of the hotel is misleading. We were pleasantly surprised by our room, which was modern, clean, confortable and well located.

Clean, big room, big shower and good value for money. Good breakfast too.

The room is big. Bathroom is great and newly rennovated It also have a good view of Reuss. Quite close to all those scenary spots of Luzern and easily to be located. The staff is quite nice and helpful

The location is not as close as railway station as mentioned. If you have many luggages, you need around 20 min to walk from Luzern Central railway station. Suggest don't go in Summer as there's no air conditioner and there are many mosquitos/small when you open the window. If you go in Winter/Autumn, it's ok and no problem.

Stayed in the Garden Studio Apartment, which was seperate to the hostel. Full kitchen, large bedroom and ample, clean bathroom. Good value for money for what it was. Still able to use the hostel's internet and laundry facilities. Breakfast included and was very good.

Only one computer available and located right near the kitchen. Okay if you had your own laptop, but we didn't.
