The Staff were very helpful and supportive exceptionally Ms. Julia Romer and Mr. Filippo. I had some urgent help required from the hotel in terms of taking prints and they helped with it. They guided me on the locations and extended all their helping hand on my request. Surely if i visit Zurich again will stay back in your hotel.
