Near to public transport. Ticket for public transport included in price for the appartment. Very clean appartment.

The appartment is very clairaudient.

Space. Freedom to cook own food (although I didn't!)

Only improvement would be replacement of bedding (duvet, pillow, duvet cover and pillowcase). Current set very old.

Nothing - in a very undesireable part of Basel. Landlord never seen and unable to contact. Only one key for family of 5 very inconvenient. Apartment was basic but clean. Not suitable for a disabled person as stairs!

Undesireable area of Basel. No Parking!!! Very basic facilities! More of a budget apartment for student and backpackers. We used hotel as we were in between house moves so we know Basel well - this is not somewhere you would recommend visitors to go for a nice stay!!

Very close to the center of Basel

Very basic outdated furniture, very basic shower facilities (whist the shower is powerful, it needs a hook on the wall so it can be used as a stand up shower). It felt like an expensive option for one night though I understand Basel if very expensive generally

Much more space than a hotel room. Definitely very good value for the price I paid

Better pillow and duvet would have been nice. Otherwise fine

The location was good overlooking the Rhine. And it was a real pleasure to meet Karl the owner. He was very friendly and helpful.

position is good. you can walk 2minutes and reach a street where Tram 8 bring you directly in MarktPlatz. The flat itself is large (bedroom, living and kitchen) except the bathroom. Karl was very kind providing an additional baby bed.

I think the kitchen need to be improved to enhance client experience: we noticed that was missing the cover for table, the coffe mugs, the screw to open a bottle of wine, there are few dishes. It's a pity because the kitechn is very large and there is a lot of space inside. Also we didn't find the vacuum cleaner.

The opportunity to use the kitchen and the basic grocery left there (cofee, tea, oil)

Einfach und günstig.

Das Haus ist schlech Isoliert. Wenn der Nachbar unten geraucht hat, roch es bei uns im Zimmer nach Rauch.

Хороший чистый номер с 3 краватями. Неплохая кухня. Туалет и ванна. ТВ и диван. Все очень чисто и уютно. Первый этаж. Недалеко трамвай номер 8. 7 минут до центра. Когда я зарезервировал номер, то стоял один адрес, но в середине дня прислали СМС, что комната будет по другому адресу. Это было в 10 мин он первого места куда я пришел, так что может прежний номер был не такой хороший, как тот, что я получил. Соотношение цена - качество вне конкуренции.
