Размещение детей и предоставление дополнительных кроватей
При размещении всех детей младше 9 лет на имеющихся кроватях проживание им предоставляется бесплатно .
При размещении всех детей младше 2 лет на детских кроватях проживание им предоставляется бесплатно .
При размещении всех детей старшего возраста или взрослых на дополнительных кроватях взимается CHF 45,00 с человека за ночь.
Максимальная вместимость дополнительных/детских кроватей в номере - 1.
Депозит
Взимается полная стоимость заказа в день бронирования и не подлежит возмещению.
Домашние животные
Размещение домашних животных допускается. Дополнительная плата не взимается.
Принимаемые кредитные карты
Отель оставляет за собой право предварительного блокирования средств на кредитной карте до приезда гостя.

the owner of the hostel helped us a lots, the localition is perfect, the apartament are really clean, and big...we love the hotel, area, and city...we enjoyed a lots!!!we recommend this hotel to others people!!!! everything was perfect! |

Available in congress period (other hotels were booked or too expensive) I didn't get a bill for the nights I paid via booking. The bed was old and not comfortable. TV was an old smal PC-screen. |

Karl was amazingly friendly and helpful when we showed up after business hours because our reservation at a B&B had been lost. We were very grateful indeed for his help and kindness. |

Nice welcome and greeting from Karl. The offer of free tram tickets available for the family. Nice open and clean rooms, with great view of the Rhine. Was always able to contact the staff (Karl) via phone. Accommodation was ideally located with easy access to MarktPlatz and places of interest. Good selection of leaflets and magazines of places to visit. Tv quality and sound was very poor which spoilt the evening entertainment when trying to relax and unwind. A few suggestions which would improve the accomodation:- a washing machine, a cd player/Radio (with selection of CDs), laundry basket |

This apartment was exactly what I needed for a last minute booking for 3 people that didn't cost too much.Close to town centre,helpful staff. With all the necessities needed in the room which was clean, bright and airy. |

I did not like anything Yes, although the booking agent was very helpful and accommodating, there was no kettle or toaster and the very bare essentials in the kitchen, the shower facilities in the bath was antiquated, there were no carpets and the furnishings - particularly the bed and pillow were what I would find in a youth hostel and not acceptable for the price paid, which was more than the daily rate in a 4 star... |

For a regular business traveller it is nice to be able to cook for oneself rather than having to eat in overpriced restaurants. Good value for money A little down market, not in the best area of town, but perfectly clean and adequate. |

Good location, a couple blocks from Strassenbahn and also a park/playground. Very nice to have a kitchen. We were in the 2room apartment, it is near the Zoologische Garten. It isn't really like staying at a hotel, more like a home away from home, good place for people with kids. Not positive it works because we didn't use it, but saw wireless internet hookup. Pretty basic furnishing, but enough. |

i need a room for the baeslworld fair and the listing said it was close to the messa within walking distance. the main office is close to the messa the room was within the city but a good 15 minute tram ride away. the furniture in the rooms were falling apart. the bed was broken, the waste paper baskets was never emptied,no fresh towels and the bathroom was not maintained and did not lock property is which is a problem for a common bathroom. there was very poor lighting outside the entrance. no wi fi connection. the building was old an there was broken furniture in the halls, |

Great location (St. Johanns Tor), spacious and main room overlooked the river. A short walk into the old city, the kunstmuseum etc. The 'kitchenette' had only one saucepan and no sink. A plastic tub was provided for washing up. |

It is a bit difficult to compare the accommodation with a hotel as (obviously) it did not have the facilities of one. But the guy in charge was very helpful; the rooms were clean, well furnished and equiped and quiet. We were able to make breakfast and to make coffee whenever we liked. It was good value compared with hotel prices in Basel. |

I was very nicely received by Karl Linder, who brought me to the appartment by bike. It was a wonderfull appartment, silent , clean, nice kitchen and I was so happy NO airco's, No unnecessary, unusefull luxuary, but beaitifull space with view on river the Rhine.! and close to the festival. |

Room was available during a busy time in Basel. The space was very generous and the older house was charming. The kitchen was nice and the location convenient The apartment was spartan. Some pictures or posters on the wall would help. I found the bed to be minimally adequate for an overweight person like myself. |

Que esta bien comunicado con el centro , que la habitacion es amplia Las camas del aparthotel ,que son simples somieres con un colchon y solo un edredon . Que los desperdicios de las comidas que se hacen tardan en retirarse, prueba de ello es que habia comida ya pasada cuando llegamos en la cocina comunitaria la tubimos que tirar a la basura , ademas de estar la cuberteria por limpiar ( esto creo que no es computable a los del Aparthotel ) |
