Big room, hotel close to motorway. There was some noise (I think in the restaurant which was under my room) until after 1am. Isolation of the room not that good. Room a bit aged with al the carpetting on the floor and on the wall (besides, this is not very hygienic). There was cable internet in the room (for free), however, you need to buy cards for WiFi: this is old fashioned! Should be all included!

We stayed overnight for an early flight from zrh. We were just overnight, so I wasn't asking a lot of staff. When asked for an estimate of time to the airport given knowledge if traffic conditions, I was told one hour. It took 15 minutes. I found the person to be curt to the point of being rude.

Big confortable room, but bathroom is small. I have faced a lot of hidden costs: 1. additional tax which was indicated during the check-in only and not during the reservation 2. internet access is indicated as a free service. This is free if you pay the firewall access fee. Take your own internet cable to plug your computer in and dont inform the hotel then you may have free internet as they indicated. 3. i didnt want to check the content of the mini bar as there was a sticker on it to check whether the customer has opened or not. Maybe it should have been charged as well later even if no consumption. The corridor was smelly like a hotel which is never ventillated. i felt that i am cheated so thats why i dont recommend this hotel

ZImmer nach hinten sind sehr ruhig. Etwas hellhörig, wenn man direkt neben dem Aufzug ist. mit der S-Bahn 15min von ZH Hbf plus 5 Minuten Fußweg gut erreichbar. gemessen an anderen Hotels in ZH ist das Preis Leistungsverhältnis noch in Ordnung, gemessen an Deutschland ist der Preis natürlich viel zu hoch, keine kostenloses Internet, sollte aber bei dem Preis selbstverständlich sein

die gastfreundschaft der mitarbeiter, insbesondere vom service mitarbeiter josef ! diskret aber immer liebevoll zuvorkommend. ferner wurden wir aus unbekannten gründen "upgradet" in einer der wenigen Executive Business Suite, #301...eine angenehme überraschung, obwohl das schlafzimmer als solches weiterhin klein war (die Suite war "korridormässig" aufgebaut mit Bad, Entrée mit Fernsehecke und schliesslich Schlafzimmer. Frische Früchtekorbe, sowie kaffee (nespresso/tee, wasser und apfelsaft wie auch Farmer's stengeli gratis zur verfügung

Ganz zentrale Lage, direkt an der Autobahn-Ausfahrt. Tiefgarage ist eigentlich auch ganz praktisch, vor allem wegen dem jetzgien Wetter. Das Angebot war ein von den Attraktivsten der Liste aber zusätzlich kam noch knapp 20.- für den Parkplatz + noch 2 x 27.- für das Frühstück. Wir haben nachträglich gesehen, dass man das Frühstück à la Carte bestellen konnten. Für ca. 200.- (Doppelzimmer) hätte ich trotzdem ein wenig besser erwartet. Die Lage blieb trotzdem das Eintscheidende...

Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Hoher Komfort in den Zimmern und die Küche ist ein Traum. Man fühlt sich einfach wohl und es ist eine echte Alternative zu den sehr teuren Hotels in Zürich. !0 Minuten mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln und man ist direkt in Zürich. Leider hat die Reception meine vor Anreise gestellte Frage übersehen, dann jedoch spontan alles arangiert.
