Wonderful view from the room. Very clean. Restaurant variable - expensive but some dishes great others not worth the price. Only about 100m to the Italian border - walk to Italy for a pizza ? I did - very nice.

Nice and friendly staff w/ excellent location right on Lake Lugano, with a short drive (or nice bike ride) to Lago Maggiore along the Swiss- Italian border. Will stay here again definitely! The rooms in the old part of the hotel need to be modernized, parking could be difficult but we didnot have a problem.

Lage, Aussicht auf den See, grosse Zimmer mit Balkon (den wir auch jeden Tag genutzt haben), Schwimmingpool, nahe der Grenze, Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, Wandern gleich vom Hotel aus, Postauto oder die Bahn gleich beim Hotel, Super Essen kompliment an den Koch, Super Bedienung, Restaurant mit sich auf den See, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Shoopen und Markt auf der italienischer Seite, Parkplatz und an der Rezeption war sooo ein freundlicher Empfang man fühlte sich gleich gut Aufgehoben und das finde ich sehr wichtig!!!!! (Leider weis ich den Namen von der freundlichen Damen nicht mehr, ihre Arbeitszeit war von 11.00 bis am Abend).

Die Lage am See. Effizientes Check In und Check Out. Freundlichkeit. Die gruenen zerschnittenen Teppiche auf dem Balkon haben mich sehr gestoert. Zudem waere es super, wenn die Plastikstühle mit Polster versehen würden, da der kleine runde Tisch hübsch mit einem Tischtuch aus Stoff bedeckt ist und gepflegt aussieht, stimmt es einfach nicht. Der Teppich im Zimmer empfinde ich als unhygienisch und veraltet, sowie die Teppiche an den Wänden. Auch finde ich das TV Gerät als out und ersatzbedürftig. Mein Zimmer roch extrem nach irgendetwas und es dauerete Stunden bis der Geruch nachliess. Man erklaerte mir am naechsten Morgen, dass eine Mitarbeiterin es gut gemeint haette und zuviel davon versprueht hatte. Man hat mir freundlicherweise die Flasche Wein, die ich konsumiert hatte, offeriert. Mit freundlichem Gruss Alice R Herbets

J'ai été très bien reçu à la réception par Mme Nicole Lachat .Je la félicite pour son amabilité. L'hôtel était calme et pas de voisins bruyants. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner était très bien fourni et le service efficace. Je préfère un lit avec des draps à l'ancienne.... La qualité de l'oreiller est très faible.

Man kann zu Fuss an den Märt und das Auto auf dem Hotel-Parkplatz lassen. Es hat eine kleine Privat-Badi und so kann man auch im See schwimmen gehen.

Die Lage des Hotels ist optimal und jedes Zimmer hat Blick auf den See. Die Zimmer und das gesamte Hotel sind sehr sauber. Die Hotelmitarbeiter sind sehr kinderfreundlich und das Restaurant verfügt über einen separaten Essbereich mit Spielecke für Kinder --> sehr nützlich!

Zeer uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet en uitstekende keuken.Mogelijkheid voor lichaamsmassage op afspraak en sauna/ prive-zwembadje. Bij aankomst hebben we een upgrade gehad, mooiere kamer. Twee keer p.j.komen we hier, omdat dochter met fam. vlakbij woont. Zeer beperkte algemene parkeerplaatsen, bij boeking gehandicaptenplaats gereserveerd, was niet vrij. Wel andere gratis plaats aangeboden gekregen! Ontbijtbuffet sluit om 10 uur, een beetje vroeg!!!

Makalös utsikt över Luganosjön och två länder. Du är så nära vattnet att du kan hoppa från balkongen :-). Väldigt god mat i restaurangen. Briljant separat rum där vuxna kan äta tillsammans med sina barn men där middagen är integrerad med tågbana och andra leksaker inkl. film på väggen, som gör middagen till en njutning för både barn och vuxna. Trevlig pool på hotellet. Fritt internet på hotellet. En halv minuts promenad till lokaltåget. Två stationer, fem minuter, till golf för den som vill. En knapp halvtimme till Lugano. Bara ett hundratal meter till Italien och trevlig shopping.

During the three nights of our stay there was a festival in town and we had very loud music every night till after midnight. We had to argue with the hotel staff to get compensated, and even then the compensation wasn't enough to make up for three nights with loud noise and our five- month old baby crying because of the noise.
