Great location in a beautiful city. View of two of the castles gracefully integrated into the city from our hotel window. Clean and comfortable. A little pricey. |

The location is excellent, close to the train station and in the center of town. The local sights (castle and old town) are right out the door. And the hotel has air conditioning. |

A very comfortable, en suite room with generous buffet breakfast. Close to the railway station and the principal sights of Bellinzona. Polite, helpful staff. Comfortable bed and quiet location. Warmly recommended. |

langes Bett (bin 1.95 meter gross). In den meisten anderen Hotels sind die Betten und die Decken viel zu kurz. Der Kaffee im Restaurant war seehr gut. Der Kuhlschrank war vereist und sollte aufgetaut werden. Die Getränke werden jetzt nicht richtig gekühlt |

nonostante la sua posizione centrale, è piuttosto silenzioso. Ed anche il personale è piuttosto discreto. Il bagno avrebbe bisogno di una ripassata di restauro (piastrelle). la mancanza del bidet, e di uno scopino per il wc. |

ligging midden in het centrum geen vermelding dat er gewerkt werd op de website;parkeerkosten liepen zeer hoog op omdat er niet bij het hotel kon worden geparkeerd en gebruik moest worden gemaakt van een parkeergarage verderop |

zentrale Lage; Service und Freundlichkeit durch das Personal Teppiche im Zimmer sind unhygienisch; Lage an der Kreuzung sehr laut; infolge der lauten Lage kann fast nicht mit offenem Fenster geschlafen werden was aber in den eher muffigen Zimmern nötig wäre (Teppiche halten schlechte Gerüche zurück!) |

Das Frühstück war gut, nur hatte es zu weig dunkles Brot, oder es wurde nicht nachserviert. man hat uns icht im voraus informiert, dass Bauärm herrscht. In diesem Fall finde ich den Preis hoch genug. Der Service ist nicht so aufmerksam |
