I loved the layout of my room, the shower was really cool. Very comfortable bed. I loved all the wood beams in the ceiling. I didn't love the menu in the bar, but not sure if it is attached to the hotel or not. |

We liked the bathroom. The staff was always helpful and the locaction was really good. The design of the hotel was an interesting combination of modern and rustic. |

I love the coziness of the room. It's also modern and simple. the wireless network was not working for us. The staff has limit knowledge about fixing the problem. |

Lovely, friendly and helpful staff. The hotel was really quaint and unique. I loved the decor, the wooden room was very warm and inviting. The layout of the room was really different and was a refreshing change from most hotel rooms. The little extras like slippers and robes were great! Breakfast was really good in the morning and the facilities were great. It was centrally located between the shops, station and gondola rides. I thoughly enjoyed my stay and would stay there again. |

The room was really comfortable and had a cool designed. Awesome shower. Free wireless internet. The staff were very nice and helpful. They even let me make extra sandwiches at breakfast to bring with me on a hike, free of charge. The breakfast was fairly average. |

walk around Zermatt, massage service, jacuzzi and sauna room a little warm byt after a whule I turned off the heather. Ventilation un hallways very poor smells too much of wood and humidity |

Staff were excellent and very helpful. Location very good. The room was high quality and clean. The hotel facilities, bar and restaurants, were also very good. The view of the Matterhorn wasn't as good as I expected but probably as good as anywhere else in the middle of Zermatt. |

The hotel was well decorated as per the environment and just few meters away from the station. Still the hotel has a pick amd drop facility for guest from Zermatt railway station. |

This is really a nice hotel and we love it. New and stylish facility and also very convenient location. Small thing, but there is no refrigerator/mini bar in the room. |

The staff was extremely helpful and they really worked hard to make our stay enjoyable. Need to make it very clear how to get there - No cars allowed - you have to stop in the town before it and take a train to Zermatt and then get to the hotel. |

The room was large and with a real bath. The interior is contemporarily finished with woods and stones. Regarding the italian restaurant, one has to know that the floor was dark and with a step which requires old people walk very very carefully. |

Clean room, with Matterhorn view and very quiet. Good Breakfast, very central location in Zermatt. Staff spoke perfect English, check in and check out was very efficient. Room had an enormous bath and was well equipped with very fast wireless connection. There was a large & active bar & disco in the front but we had asked (based on reviews on your site) to be in the back and they had given us a room far away from any noise. So no problem really. |

Everything about the hotel was great, the design, the space, furniture, staff and location. There wasn't a mini bar in the room although we were thankfully upgraded to a junior suite. I needed water at 2 am and nobody could provide that. |
