Everything was perfect at this hotel. One of the best I have stayed at. Rooms were excellently designed with very spacious bathroom including a bath.

disco in the hotel, many lounge, the spa was actualy good, juice and dry fruit were served. The hair dryer is not enough good. really long to dry my hair...

Cool decor, location, bars on premises, spa on premises Pricey, bars a bit lame as was music / dj. No one on reception desk in evening/night (but someone would show up quickly once u rang number)

Very well-appointed and clean modern rooms with all of the amenities. Pleasant, helpful staff. Nice wellness spa. Excellent breakfast buffet. I lived in Switzerland for 6 years and stayed at many ski resorts. This was absolutely the best breakfast buffet I ever had. The disco in the hotel was quite noisy late into the evening which made it difficult to sleep. I woke up at 2:40 one morning and the music was still going. Not a hotel for early-risers.

The hotel disco was very loud and went unitl 3.30am. We had to leave the hotel on the third night as we were unable to sleep. Don't book room 210.

The hotel was excellent from start to finish. The staff were professional but friendly and went out their way to help make the stay special (such as turning on the Jacuzzi first thing in the morning so we could take our daughter down - usually doesnt open till 1600) The spa was great, the hotel has a great selection of Bars, Restaurants, but is also perfectly placed for anything else in Zermatt. Dont believe the negative posts about noise - yes there is some small intrusion from noise but the hotel have done an excellent job to insulate the rooms One minor gripe was that the hotel was very warm but that is really down to personal preference

the rooms are spacious, the staff is super friendly and efficient. In-room Jacuzzi is fantastic after a long day of skiing. The bar on the first floor is very nice and comfy. The location is bang in the centre of Zermatt. nothing worth to write about

Location quite noisy with multitude of bars/clubs within the building. Breakfast was very disappointing and wait staff at breakfast had the distinct look they would like to be somewhere (anywhere) else. Quality of dishes was very hit or miss and seemed to depend onwho was in the ktichen. Simple orders were also messed up on occasion with items ending up on wrong plates for a table of two!

Well decorated hotel "chalet style" with modern appliances. Very nice breakfast, good bars and restaurants. Everything you need in one place. Friendly staff.

The room and location are very very perfect, design is really great, big room, great view, including facilities in the hotel. There's worth to reserve if you have a chance to visit Zermatt. I strongly recommended this hotel to anyone. Staffs are polite and ready to respond when you need your help. Nothing

Absolutely fantastic hotel! Got an upgrade to a jr. suite - to be able to sit by the fireplace and stare out at the Matterhorn - it couldn't get better then that!. There is a lovely restaurant and a couple nice bars on-site. The design of the rooms were fantastic - in fact, there was nothing we didn't love here!!! Looking forward to returning one day!

From the moment we checked in, we were made to feel very welcome and special. The TWO balconies in our room provided amazing views of the Matterhorn and the town of Zermatt. Everything about the Hotel Post is definitely unique!
