Beautiful setting, modern rooms, friedly staff Isolated and a little hard to get to from the city - you need to clid 10 minutes by foot from the train station, and no train after 11:30 pm to retur you from the city to the hotel. |

Very clean, friendly staff, excellent restaurant was difficult to find, directions to the hotel were not very clear, i.e. it was not immediaely clear that S-Bahn must be used to get to the hotel. |

su entorno, amabilidad de su personal, habitaciones amplias excelente atencion el sistema de internet gratuito ofrecido no funciono, pero esto se soluciono entregandome una tarjeta de acceso gratuito para internet wireless, me parce que faltaba una lampara colgante sobre la mesa de la habitacion que iluminaba el 50% de esta habia una coneccion pero no la lampara. |

L'ameublement de la chambre, la vue depuis le restaurant panoramique, la localisation dans un environnement sans voitures. Le fait qu'il n'y avait plus de câble réseau disponible à la réception alors que l'accès à internet est indiqué comme gratuit. J'ai dû utiliser le WIFI (payant) sur le réseau Swiss Mobile. |

Die Lage und Aussicht. Aussichtsplattform in der Nacht. Es gibt kein Hoteltransfer. Das Hotel ist lediglich mit der Straßenbahn zu erreichen. Sie müssen das Gepäck selber den Berg etwa 10 Minuten hochziehen. NIchts für ältere Leute. |

am besten war die Lage, manche Mitarbeiter waren äußerst nett, freundlich und zuvorkommend, manche entsprachen nicht den Anforderungen siehe oben ansonsten war die Lage unseres Zimmers nicht optimal, Küchengerüche schlugen sich dort nieder, es war sehr laut |

muy buenas vistas las fotos no son las mismas, las que hay en la pagina son las de la suit. el hotel esta en la montaña en una zona libre de coches y hay que subir por un camino hasta la estacion del pueblo donde el tren te lleba al hotel. |
