The restaurant and bar facilities were excellent. Staff was well versed in all menu items and wine list. Front desk!!!! Whomever took my credit card information when I arrived evidently misplaced it. I received a phone call two days after checking out of the hotel stating my credit card did not work. I had to place multiple calls to my credit card company and back to the hotel, only to finally realize they made a mistake. Unprofessional and costly to me for making multiple international phone calls.

Very good money for value hotel The location is magnificent but you have to walk from parking to the station and then you have to walk from station to hotel.it's beter to park to the central station and go right up to the top

We booked a double room with view, but when we came to the room, it appeared to be a twin room. the staff changed it to a much smaller room on the other side of the hotel with a view of the road. and apparently both were of the same category?! The staff is incompetent and during our check out made mistakes in the bill (which was not presented to us, just the amount), after the transaction was completed the bill was presented with incorrect amount. the staff did not know how to solve the problem and decided to first cancel the whole transaction and then to change the bill and charge again. it cost us 20 minutes and a train to miss, in total we lost 1 hour.

The Hotel location on the top of mountain inside of nature is really extraordinary, rooms are very comfortable and stylish! Really extraordinary bad was instructions regarding car parking – it took around 3 hours to find some kind of solution for parking and get back to hotel. Receptionist was not able to give us understandable instructions regarding parking lot and finally found place is hard findable construction area where finding the path to train station is dangerous and even impossible on the dark time. Our loosed time nothing compensated (this was not even tried by hotel) and I don’t recommend this hotel for car travelers. For hotel I recommend to create up-to-date instructions with exact addresses and driving instructions to improve existing situation.

Невероятный вид на Цюрих и озеро, природа. Приветливый персонал. Очень хороший завтрак. Комфортный, чистый номер на троих. Надо быть заранее готовым для пешеходного подъема к отелю, но в конце концов это не сильно портит впечатление. Не оправдала ожиданий сауна.

Das Essen und der Service waren hervorragend. Habe ein Wellnesswochenede gebucht, vorher noch telefonisch erkundigungen eingezogen was für Infrastruktur vorhanden ist. Leider hatten sie vergessen uns mittzuteilen dass mann die Sauna vorreservieren muss!! Sie war das ganze Wochenende ausgebucht und die Bademäntel sind ihnen auch ausgegangen. Im Ganzen nicht ganz befriedigend.

Erg leuk hotel, modern; fantastisch uitzicht, goede kwaliteit van alle voorzieningen, prettig personeel - en op zich niet eens zo heel ver buiten de stad Je moet er écht rekening mee houden, dat het hotel slechts met de trein te bereiken is (en dat dat ná 23.30 niet meer lukt..). De klim omhoog is met koffer niet handig. Maar daarna : prachtig !

La colazione è ottima e servita in una sala con splendida vista su zurigo e sulle valli circostanti (ottimo sia con la neve, sia d'estate) L'hotel si trova in una bella posizione, facilmente raggiungibile con il treno, ma le corse finiscono alle 23.30 inoltre, l'ultimo tratto di strada percorribile solo a piedi (ca 10 minuti in salita) se con il bel tempo può essere molto piacevole, con una tempesta (come quella che ci ha atteso all'arrivo) diventa molto impegnativo

очень интересный отель. вид ночной и дневной потрясающий. горный воздух. очень вкусный ресторан. отель находится на вершине горы. нужно заранее подготовиться к длительному подъему пешком. есть 2 или 3 дороги. одна из них через лес с крутым подъемом. с большим чемоданом и детьми вряд ли подниметесь. очень плохо работал WiFi

Sehr zuvorkommendes, hilfsbereites "einchecken"...das Zimmer war super, Frühstücksbuffett klasse. Alle sind sehr bemüht und freundlich. Die Lage ist ein Traum...beleuchtetes Zürich bei Nacht...der Koffer wird, nach telefonischer Meldung, von der Endstation am Uetliberg abgeholt

Die Aussicht ist einfach atemberaubend. Das Zimmer war geschmackvoll und zweckmässig eingerichtet, in gut renoviertem Zustand. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Und nachts war es wunderbar ruhig. Bei einem Hotel dieser Klasse würde ich eigentlich erwarten, dass man für die Benutzung der Sauna nicht extra bezahlen muss.

Le restaurant en terrasse avec une vue superbe sur le lac de Zurich et les forêts de la région,l'amabilité du personnel Pas d'accés direct en voiture ,pas de parking même au niveau d'une des stations du train .Le parking conseillé City parking a des tarifs d'aéroport (60 chf pour 48 h) Pas de climatisation pour des chambres situées sous les toits,petit déjeuner à partir de 7.00

Der äusserst freundliche Empfang und die unkomnplizierte Abwicklung beim Einchecken. Die zuvorkommende und aufgestellte Bedienung während dem feinen Nachtessen und das super Frühstücksbuffet mit dem netten Personal, obwohl wir die ersten Gäste kurz nach 7.00 Uhr waren. Wir kommen das nächste Mal mit unseren beiden Töchtern.
