Nice swiss hotel just located in front of central station. The drive and parking direction is not clear. If you relies on GPS, almost could never get there. Turn left between Die Post Parking and a large round shape building, in the center of roads there is a ramp going underground, then along right, when you see a Y junction, turn right and push talk button, then you get into a gate and directly under the hotel. Otherwise as station plaza are somewhat restricted, thus hard find way in. |

Location is hard to beat, excellent links to the whole city, perfect for a busy schedule of meetings all over Basel! Also great value, comfortable and friendly - what more could you want! |

Victoria Hotel is located exactly in front of the train station, Basel SBB. The interior of room is modern and laxury. It was nice!! |

I like the convenience of the location. After overnight train ride, you just walk across the street from train station. Trams are in front of hotel. Room was relatively quiet. I would not stay at the hotel during the summer months without air conditioning. Staff is polite and helpful. |

The location was perfect and the proximity to the tram stops ideal. The hotel decor is very good and the seclusion offered internally from the bustle outside was immediate on entering the hotel. The bar was unexpected and a bonus for us although a little smoky. The room cleaning lacked some attention to detail as our dirty cups were not changed and an empty tissue dispenser not refilled. |
