Hotel Victoria  

Good Hotel.good location.Train station and Tram station in front of the hotel.Lot of restaurents,Mc Donald,burger king near by.You can travel to any part of the Switzerland easily.My family liked this hotel very much.

Hotel has prices like for luxurious rooms but in reality rooms are old and bathrooms cosmetics has nothing to do with 4 star hotel more with a cheap motel . didnt even got a welcome bottle of water and of course breakfast was not included. I miss the times when hotels always include breakfast in the price of a room .we hear about swiss hospitality but it feels like its only a legend in this hotel

The bathroom was spotless. The shower, while temperature was a tricky bit, had variable pressure which accomodated the need for everything from gentle massage to a pounding. The food (breakfast) was plentiful, well prepared and presented, but overpriced, I think, at 27 Eur. The location was perfect for walking to Old Town Basel, and the river. It was a great location, and quiet. Many good restaurants nearby.

The mattress was not comforting. Also, I sent them three requests for information by email prior to my trip and never received a response, though once we arrived they were extremely accomodating.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Fruit and chocolate brought to room in the afternoon.Convenient to old town, train station and bus to airport.Free mobility card supplied for all public transit.

отличное месторасположение,тишина /окна во двор/, чистота, чайник в номере, к нему кофе, чай,сахар. рекомендую,

La situation près du centre ville et la décoration. Hôtel calme et confortable

Excellente qualité de la chambre et du matelat en particulier. L'acceuil était excellent et mon fils a adoré le petit-déjeuner.

Impossible de dormir les fenêtres ouvertes en raison de la proximité de la gare CFF et de la station de trams

Accueil a la reception - la chambre ainsi que son petit salon..le mini- bar..le restaurant pas trop cher et de tres tres bonne qualite.

Chambre reservee pour 2, une seule serviette, un seul set de toilettes, il a fallu demander 3x pour obtenir enfin le complement. Petit dejeuner insuffisant pour un 4*, un jus de fruit industriel, tres peu de choix, meme ibis offre davantage...Un prix exorbitant pour les prestations, une chambre mal insonorisee, lorsquon repart on connait les horaires de train par coeur, car on les entends tous partir et arriver

wir waren an der Baslerfasnacht, das Hotel ist 2 Schritte vom Bahnhof entfernt und die Stadtmitte in 5 Min. mit dem Tram erreichbar, Hotel super, vor dem "Morgenstraich" d.h. von 2.30 - 3.30 wurder uns allen "Kaffi und Gipfeli" serviert das war wirklich ganz toll... das Frühstück fanden wir zu teuer Fr. 27.- ist ein wenig übertrieben!!!
