This hotel matches the web site. There really is a snow covered mountain at the end of the street! The majority of the staff were very helpful and friendly. The town is lovely and whilst not a lot to see and do in the town itself is a great base to get into Zermatt. |

Nothing except that it was close to the railway station. The room was clean but they were not of anywhere near even a 2 start hotel standard. All the articles and furnshing in the room were so old that it ruined our holiday comfort we had till then |
