The quality of the service and that it lived up to its brand name. The concierge service was excellent. We had booked a couple room but the bed was 2 singles joined rather than 1 King or Queen. Alos, it would be nice to have some additional hooks near the shower to hang towels or clothes. |

The hotel is nice, and all the staff were very helpful and nice! The rooms did not have air-conditioning, and if your going on winter season that is fine, but not in summer. The breakfast buffet is also very expensive at chf45.00, It feels like a tourist trap, where they charge everything sky high after you have checked in. Unless of course if you don't mind paying. |

We were very impressed with the attention to detail and friendliness of all members of the hotel. The hotel was fantastic including the spa and I would most deffinately return (every year id I could!) the tennis courts and hire were over priced |

Lovely property facing Jungfrau. No air conditioning! this is a problem when it is 85. The hotel did not explain when I asked to cool down the room. They came and showed me how to use the fan. the second time i asked how to cool the room they explained they had no ac and brought a fan. Also, even though the prperty was half full, we could not get in our room for several hours. The staff is pretentious and i would not return. |

Nice hotel in general but a bit old They forced me to check out in 20 minutes or they would charge me for half day, and it was not nice from the management to deal with their guest in this way, also TV was not working for half day |

La Terasse restaurant was excellent; a pity there is such a restriction on its opening days; our experience of The Brasserie was 'ok'. No, it was well appointed, staff were helpful and friendly. |

The first-class attention given by the staff at the reception and in the introductory presentation of the hotel facilities, as well as the bell boys in charge of the car parking and luggage, and the waitress in the bar. |

The room and the spa. Some parts of the bathroom was oddly not up to the room and the hotel (they look simply cheap... And inadequate for such a place). |

Magnificent hotel. People were lovely. Spa spectacular. Good dining (dinner) options. Great location. Efficiency only fair for this class hotel--missed wake up call, undelivered message. No air conditioning--requested fan helped. If not on breakfast plan minimum of 40 chf for any breakfast (or for elaborate buffet) exorbitant even for this level hotel. Urge everyone to book with bkfst included. |

We had excellent food in the Italian and traditional restaurant. The best asset of your hotel is your staff--they are top notch and very helpful. We happened to be there during a mini-heat wave so the room was hot at night. |
