The Victoria Jungfrau Grand Hotel & Spa enjoys a privileged and picturesque location in Interlaken, between 2 beautiful lakes at the foot of the eternally snow-capped Jungfrau. The exclusive 59,200 square-foot Victoria Jungfrau Spa, equipped with a pool, a sauna and a steam room, was renovated in 2011. It provides body and face treatments and features a Sensai Select Spa. It also offers fitness, sports and health coaching. Additionally, the Espa includes a luxurious private spa for 2 and a cozy spa bar serving healthy spa cuisine. All rooms have a distinctive design and décor, ranging from classic to contemporary. Elegant interiors and spacious marble bathrooms complement the designs. Views extend to the Jungfrau, over the rooftops of Interlaken or the nearby Harder. La Terrasse (16 Gault Millau points) is an elegant restaurant renowned for its fine French cuisine. The Jungfrau Brasserie focuses on contemporary cuisine from natural products. At the La Pastateca guests can choose from freshly prepared Asian and Italian pasta, meat and fish dishes, antipasti and salads from the buffet. The facility was very nice and luxurious. The concierge and front desk staff were friendly. I took a jonior suite and it was good. Tv channels have varieties including Arabic Channels. Also good breakfast. I would pick the dame hotel if I visted interlaken again. The Italian restaurant was a disappointment in terms of food quality though the facility and staff were great.

The hotel felt like home - friendly and welcoming. Room service was hit and miss ie milk not replaced, tissues not replaced, TV not fixed until 3rd time of asking.

Our room was big, beautiful and very well mantained, as the whole hotel. The pool area is delightful. The buffet breakfast is delicious. Interlaken is less charming than other towns around - althought it was beautiful when covered with snow.

Great accommodations and location, very professional and competent staff. The pool/sauna facilities are outstanding. The buffet food at the Brasserie restaurant was well below the standard for a hotel of this quality.
