The hotel is beautifully appointed and the staff are friendly and helpful. The facilities are as good as any I've experienced in Switzerland so far. This is not a hotel where you would stay if money is a concern. Even if the headline room rate is reasonable you are charged at every turn. I had one major gripe with the hotel around the availability of an ironing board. They claim that the building is too old to allow ironing boards in the rooms. This is fine however to then try and charge 19 CHF per item for basic ironing is ridiculous. If you can not make an ironing board available to clients then basic ironing should be complimentary. |

Elegant hotel, truly five star. Extremely attentive, welcoming staff. Very easy to get to and perfect central location for visiting Bernese Oberland (breathtakingly beautiful and lots to see and do.) Concierges did a great job of arranging skiing - as well as dining, shopping, spa appointments, etc.. Rooms and public rooms were immaculate, beautifully decorated and very well maintained. Unquestionably the best spa in Switzerland. Gorgeous pool and excellent gym. Fabulous food and great sommelier! Pool closes at 9:00PM. |

This is a splendid hotel - perfect in every way - from the gracious check-in to the moment the bags are skillfully placed back in the car. The rooms are elegant and comfortable and the public areas and scenery are beautiful. The three restaurants are superb with excellent quality food and great service. We highly recommend the half-board program (breakfast and dinner) which is a very good value, and you can choose any of the three restaurants for dinner. The spa facilities and treatments are world-class! Lunch in your bathrobe in the Spa Cafe is just another way you can restore yourself at Victoria Jungfrau Grand Hotel & Spa. We are returning for a week in December. The Victoria Jungfrau Grand Hotel and Spa is beautiful. We have no complaints. |

I like the location, the concierge was very helpful, and the best spa experience ever. It not fitted with air conditions and the weather was a bit worm; at least it would be better supply a portable AC. |

The quality of the service and that it lived up to its brand name. The concierge service was excellent. We had booked a couple room but the bed was 2 singles joined rather than 1 King or Queen. Alos, it would be nice to have some additional hooks near the shower to hang towels or clothes. |

The hotel is nice, and all the staff were very helpful and nice! The rooms did not have air-conditioning, and if your going on winter season that is fine, but not in summer. The breakfast buffet is also very expensive at chf45.00, It feels like a tourist trap, where they charge everything sky high after you have checked in. Unless of course if you don't mind paying. |

Lovely property facing Jungfrau. No air conditioning! this is a problem when it is 85. The hotel did not explain when I asked to cool down the room. They came and showed me how to use the fan. the second time i asked how to cool the room they explained they had no ac and brought a fan. Also, even though the prperty was half full, we could not get in our room for several hours. The staff is pretentious and i would not return. |

Nice hotel in general but a bit old They forced me to check out in 20 minutes or they would charge me for half day, and it was not nice from the management to deal with their guest in this way, also TV was not working for half day |

La Terasse restaurant was excellent; a pity there is such a restriction on its opening days; our experience of The Brasserie was 'ok'. No, it was well appointed, staff were helpful and friendly. |
